Actress KATHERINE HEIGL and her musician husband JOSH KELLEY have finalised their adoption of a 10-month-old baby girl from Korea.
The couple have named their first child Nancy Leigh, after the actress’ mother Nancy and her sister Margaret Leigh, but have already nicknamed her Naleigh.
Heigl and Kelley began the adoption process for little Naleigh - who was delivered on 23 November (08) - six months ago.
The Grey’s Anatomy actress revealed earlier this month (Sep09) the couple’s applications were quickly processed, because their daughter has special needs.
Heigl explained, "She is a special needs baby and because of that it all moved so much faster. They wanted to get her to us as quickly as possible." A spokesperson for the actress says both parents and child are together and doing well.
The couple has been married since 2007.

Actress REBECCA GAYHEART is expecting her first child with her actor husband ERIC DANE, according to U.S. reports.
The stars have been in the spotlight in recent months following sensational tabloid reports about their sex life and alleged drug taking.
But Gayheart and Dane now have happier news to report - according to Star magazine, the actress is pregnant after turning to fertility specialists for help with starting a family.
A source says, "Rebecca had some pretty bad morning sickness, but now she’s more than three months along and in great spirits." Earlier this year (Feb09), Dane admitted he was eager to become a dad and hinted the couple was seeking specialist advice to increase the odds of having a baby.
He told U.S. talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, "Weâ��re currently working on that. Itâ��s funny because you get the doctors involved and they call you and itâ��s like, ‘In eight days Iâ��ll have to put in some work. I will be very busy and I probably shouldnâ��t schedule anything else.’â�� Gayheart, 38, and Dane, 36, wed in 2004.
The couple was recently caught up in a saucy video scandal, when footage of them sharing a bath and a bed with a former beauty queen leaked online.

PARIS HILTON’s on/off boyfriend DOUG REINHARDT was left fearing for his life after a man pulled out a gun as the star tried to stop a bar brawl.
Reinhardt was partying at hotspot Hush in Laguna Beach, California on Tuesday (15Sep09) when one of his pals began fighting with a man outside the venue, reports TMZ.com.
The Hills star rushed to break up the feud - and was terrified after a fellow reveller pulled out a firearm.
Police were called to the scene but the fracas had ended by the time officers arrived.
It’s not the first time the 23 year old has found himself at the centre of conflict during a night out - Reinhardt was allegedly beaten up by a bodyguard while trying to defend heiress Hilton at a Miami, Florida nightclub in March (09).

BOB GELDOF and DURAN DURAN are among 55 celebrities planning a version of MIDNIGHT OIL’s hit song BEDS ARE BURNING - in a bid to raise awareness of climate change.
The track is part of a campaign headed by former United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan to highlight environmental issues.
Officials at Geneva-based Global Humanitarian Forum are organising the launch of the song, and forum director Walter Fust says, "If we do not stop the (greenhouse gas) emissions today, global warming will be still be with us in 40 to 50 years." The track can be downloaded for free when it is released on October 1 (09) and it’s hoped it will put pressure on world leaders to reach an agreement on tackling climate change at a UN conference in Copenhagen, Denmark in December (09).
Others who will feature on the recording include heavy metal band Scorpions and South African Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
Rockers Midnight Oil, whose former frontman Peter Garrett is now Australia’s Minister for Environment, Heritage and the Arts, originally released the song in the 1980s.

THE STROKES rocker ALBERT HAMMOND JR. has checked into rehab, according to U.S. tabloid reports.
The guitarist was due to DJ at the Photopass Exhibition at the Aaron Stern Gallery in New York on Thursday night (17Sep09), but has now been replaced by superproducer Mark Ronson - sparking speculation of his whereabouts.
Rumours suggest he’s headed to a rehabilitation centre following his split from supermodel girlfriend Agyness Deyn earlier this year (09), reports New York Post gossip column PageSix.

Rocker RONNIE WOOD has reportedly called off his relationship with his Russian lover after moving out of their shared home and into a new flat.
The Rolling Stones star, 62, walked out on his wife of 23 years in July last year (08) after his affair with Ekaterina Ivanova was revealed - but his relationship with the 20-year-old now appears to be over following a vicious bust-up at his London mansion on Monday (14Sep09).
The rocker was seen throwing Ivanova’s clothes off the balcony and onto the street, after locking the former waitress out.
Police who were called to question the couple explained to Wood that Ivanova had the right to stay in the house, and the star was later seen leaving the property with a suitcase.
Now it has emerged he moved into a new apartment on Tuesday (15Sep09), before reportedly spending the evening dining with his estranged wife Jo and daughter Leah - sparking rumours he plans to go back to his family.

DAME ELIZABETH TAYLOR surrounds herself with pictures of RICHARD BURTON - and would marry her ex-husband for a third time if he was still alive.
The pair fell in love while filming 1963’s Cleopatra and wed just 12 months later before Burton’s drinking eventually led to a divorce in 1974.
The Hollywood couple couldn’t keep away from one another and tied the knot once again less than a year later - before ending the union after just 11 months.
Burton died in 1984 of a brain haemorrhage and although his widow Sally Hay banned Taylor from his funeral, the 77-year-old actress is still in love with him, according to Burton’s niece Sian Owen.
Owen explains, "I was in America last summer and I went to see Elizabeth. In the house in Bel Air I saw pictures of Uncle Rich everywhere and it’s a picture of uncle Rich that’s by her bed still.
"She still says that had he lived that they’d be back together once again - that it would have been third time lucky. They were mad about each other.
"She believes that in the last years in their lives when everything had been toned down with the drinking and everything else, she believes that they’d be together. She’s certain of that, they were soulmates."

Hollywood icon BURT REYNOLDS has been discharged from a drug rehabilitation centre following treatment for his addiction to painkillers.
The 73-year-old actor was admitted to the Hanley Center in Florida last month (Aug09) after a nasty fall at his waterfront mansion in Hobe Sound led him to realise he’d become "a prisoner of prescription pain pills".
According to the National Enquirer, the Smokey and the Bandit star agreed to undergo detox and a 30-day rehab programme after doctors raised fears for his mental health in the aftermath of the accident.
The actor has previously confessed to a reliance on sleeping aid Halcion after turning to the drug to ease the terrible pain he felt from temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ) in the 1980s.
Reynolds’ manager, Erik Kritzer, confirmed the rehab stint, insisting the star relapsed after undergoing painful surgery on his back and "checked himself into rehab in order to regain control of his life." Kritzer also revealed Reynolds has now left the facility, but no further details were given.

MARC ANTHONY celebrated his 41st birthday on Wednesday (16Sep09) in the company of President BARACK OBAMA when the U.S. leader presented the salsa star with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Anthony and his wife Jennifer Lopez, who are both of Puerto Rican heritage, attended the organisation’s 32nd Annual Awards Gala in Washington, D.C., honouring the singer’s successful career.
He was handed the prestigious honour by Obama - and the president had the crowd bursting into laughter with some news about the Institute’s chairwoman, Republican Nydia Velazquez.
After congratulating Anthony, Obama told him, "Nydia has a crush on you. I tell you, J.Lo’s not going to like that!"

PATRICK SWAYZE’s tell-all memoir will hit stores just two weeks after he lost his battle with pancreatic cancer.
The late Dirty Dancing and Ghost star died on Monday (14Sep09) in Los Angeles at the age of 57.
He revealed plans to write about his life story with his wife Lisa Niemi back in February (09), and fans will have the chance to read all about his cancer fight, his career and his love for Niemi in The Time of My Life on 29 September (09).
In the tome, Swayze reveals he thought his cancer diagnosis was "a cruel joke".
He adds, "I couldn’t be dying - I had too much to live for!" Swayze refused to take any drugs throughout his battle because he feared it would make him incapable of working on his new TV series The Beast.
He writes, "I never took any painkillers since they dull not only your pain but also your sharpness." He admits he was "determined to live until a cure is found", but eventually came to terms with the fact that he was slowly losing his fight when he learned the tumour had spread to his liver: "I began thinking to myself, I’ve had more lifetimes than any 10 people put together, and it’s been an amazing ride.
"…So this (dying) is OK." The tragic actor’s body will reportedly be cremated on Friday (18Sep09) and his ashes spread across his beloved ranch in New Mexico.

LA TOYA JACKSON has fended off criticism of her father JOE for announcing the launch of his record label in the immediate aftermath of MICHAEL JACKSON’s death, insisting his actions were misunderstood.
The Jackson family patriarch came under fire from fans and commentators when he was accused of using the passing of the King of Pop in June (09) to boost publicity for his newly-formed label, Ranch Records.
During an interview with CNN, in which he was expected to make comments about Jackson’s funeral, the 79 year old introduced his business partner, Marshall Thompson, and went on to explain the workings of his new venture.
He said, "Marshall and I have - we own a record company. Talking about Blu-ray technology. That’s the next step." Joe Jackson insisted he was simply answering the reporter’s questions when asked about his other work, and La Toya explains her father’s intentions are frequently misunderstood because he fails to "execute" them correctly.
Appearing as a guest co-host on U.S. TV show The View on Thursday (17Sep09), she says, "I think a lot of people don’t understand my father. He says things the way it is and like it is.
"What he was trying to say, although he didn’t execute it properly, to the world was that, I have this record company, Michael has songs that are out, so to keep the estate going what I’m going to do is put all these songs on my record company so his music can be played to fans around the world. But it didn’t come out that way. That’s what he meant."

Tennis fan CHARLIZE THERON is avoiding turning on the TV or reading any newspapers - because she doesn’t want to find out the results of the U.S. Open finals.

So she’s steering clear of all news until she can sit down and catch up on her sporting passion.
She says, "I’m a huge tennis fan but don’t tell me what happened in the finals. The men’s finals I haven’t seen because it rained and then they pushed it a day and then I had to go to L.A. and I had to do press so I didn’t get a chance to watch it."

MUSE star MATT BELLAMY has asked to meet LILY ALLEN to discuss internet piracy after she urged musicians to fight illegal downloads.
The Smile hitmaker has called on fellow artists to help her launch an industry-wide plan of action to stamp out illicit file-sharing before it destroys music.
The rocker responded by emailing the pop star to discuss his proposed solution for the problem, and Allen has posted his message on her official blog.
Bellamy writes, "My current opinion is that file sharing is now the norm," before adding that internet service providers (ISPs) should be taxed by copyright owners.
He explains, "The end result will be a taxed, monitored ISP based on usage which will ensure both the freedom of the consumer and the rights of the artists." The frontman concluded his note by suggesting he and Allen meet with the U.K.’s Business Secretary Lord Mandelson to exchange ideas: "We should set up a meeting with Lord Mandelson as he is on this issue at the moment. I’m sure he would meet us for breakfast!"

LINDSAY LOHAN has laughed off rumours she’s been admitted to a psychiatric ward, insisting she’s hard at work making horror movie MACHETE with co-stars ROBERT DE NIRO and JESSICA ALBA.

Hollywood actress UMA THURMAN has yet to start planning for her wedding to fiance ARPAD BUSSON because they’re not "ready" to "rush" into marriage.
The Kill Bill star accepted multi-millionaire Busson’s proposal in June 2008 but the couple has so far put off setting a date for their nuptials.
And Thurman warns their family and friends they will be waiting a while longer before they receive any wedding invitations.
She tells W magazine, "I’m happily engaged, but we haven’t set a wedding up. I’m not in a rush to do anything. One day we’ll do it, when we’re ready." Thurman has been married twice before, first to actor Gary Oldman and then to Ethan Hawke; the father of her two kids Maya, 11, and son Levon, seven. She divorced Hawke in 2004.

R&B singer MONICA is hitting the gym and rethinking her diet after learning she suffers from high blood pressure.
The Boy Is Mine hitmaker admits she was stunned when her doctor had to prescribe her with medication to help combat the health concern and she is determined to change her lifestyle to bring her blood pressure down.
She tells Sister 2 Sister magazine, "It’s me now wanting to exercise and just learn to eat better; it’s not for vanity purposes. I’m changing my eating patterns. I was addicted to Lawry’s Seasoning Salt on my soul food - addicted to Old Boy seasoning. That stuff was killing me slowly. I ain’t even been around long enough yet!" Monica confesses it will be a struggle to maintain a regular workout schedule but she has no choice if she wants to avoid following in her family history.
She adds, "I can’t stay in the gym. I’m going to have to though, because I just found out that I have high blood pressure. I’m 28 years old! "And it’s hereditary; it’s on both sides (of my family). My mum has it, my grandmother had it, my father has it and diabetes, and his mother had both."

METALLICA bassist ROBERT TRUJILLO has cast doubt on plans for a heavy rock supertour with MEGADETH, SLAYER and ANTHRAX - insisting the rockers will never agree on who gets to headline the shows.
Slayer guitarist Kerry King let it slip earlier this month (Sep09) negotiations had started for the first supertour of the ‘big four’ thrash metal bands.
Reports suggest the tour will kick off next summer (10).
However, Trujillo is already foreseeing big problems, attempting to satisfy all the rockers’ egos.
He tells MetalHammer.co.uk, â��I donâ��t think all four bands have played together at the same time. There is (truth to the rumour) but nothingâ��s concrete. Itâ��s not a sealed deal. Weâ��re working on it. Thereâ��d be a lot of egos. I think weâ��d be OK. Itâ��d be an issue with the other three bands… The only way we would do it is if weâ��re headlining, and we would probably be the ones to put it together."

American TV actor DAVE COULIER is facing a battle with U.S. revenue chiefs - the comedian reportedly owes nearly $50,000 (GBP33,330) in state and federal taxes.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) filed a $37,063 (£24,710) lien against the former Full House star in March 2008, reports the Detroit News.
California tax officials then accused the 49-year-old star of failing to pay $11,793 (GBP7,860) in taxes in May (09).
A spokesperson for Coulier had yet to respond to requests for comment as WENN went to press.
