TWILIGHT hunk JACKSON RATHBONE is back on the set of the vampire movie sequel after seeking treatment for a fight scene injury.
The actor was shooting scenes in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse and was taken to hospital as a precaution on Tuesday (22Sep09) for an undisclosed injury.
A film insider says, "Jackson Rathbone… was slightly injured during a fight scene. As a precaution, he was driven to the hospital and checked out by a doctor. He’s fine and is back at work on the set." Rathbone plays Jasper Hale in the film series.

Actress MACKENZIE PHILLIPS’ sick sexual relationship with her rocker father JOHN PHILLIPS ended when she fell pregnant with what may have been his child and the harsh reality of the strange incestuous romance hit her.
In a candid interview on talk show Oprah, which aired in America on Wednesday (23Sep09), Phillips revealed she had a consensual sexual relationship with her father for a decade, which began when she was a teenager.
And, as if that wasn’t shocking enough, the actress opened up about an unwanted pregnancy that brought the relationship between her and the Mamas & the Papas star screeching to a halt.
She told Oprah Winfrey, "I became pregnant and I was in a relationship with my son’s father as well; he knew nothing… and I did not know who the father was. The implications, the reality of that… I had an abortion and I never let him touch me again." Phillips reveals her father paid for the abortion, adding, "He knew it might be his child." John Phillips died of heart failure in 2001, aged 65.

Hollywood couple ERIC DANE and REBECCA GAYHEART have filed a lawsuit against the website they’re holding responsible for unlawfully posting a threesome video featuring them online.
The pair hit the headlines this summer (09) when naked footage of them and former beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche started circulating on the Internet.
And now Dane and Gayheart have filed suit in Los Angeles against Gawker.com, claiming the website’s bosses unlawfully posted footage from the private video and "maliciously" distributed the video.
The couple has hired top celebrity lawyer Marty Singer.
They are demanding more than $1 million (£666,600) in damages and an injunction on the video, according to TMZ.com.

JUDE LAW has become a father for the fourth time - his former lover SAMANTHA BURKE has given birth to a baby girl.
The British actor confirmed he was set to become a dad again in July (09) after enjoying a brief romance with the model earlier this year (09), while he was shooting Sherlock Holmes in New York.
Burke, who was due on 6 October (09), welcomed her daughter into the world on Tuesday night (22Sep09).
Law, who is currently starring in previews for a Broadway production of Hamlet, vowed to stand by Burke and help to raise the child, but was reportedly not present for the birth.
An insider tells People.com, "I doubt Jude was there. Besides the financial support, he’s not involved." Burke previously revealed she planned to call the tot Sophia.
The actor has three other kids with ex-wife Sadie Frost.

JAY-Z has scored a second week at the top of the U.S. album chart, fending off a surge from WHITNEY HOUSTON.
The rapper’s The Blueprint 3 knocked Houston’s comeback album I Look To You off the top of the charts last week (16Sep09), but the R&B diva’s sales remain strong and she climbed a spot from three to two on the new countdown to challenge Jay-Z.

JULIA ROBERTS and her new film have been officially blessed by the Swami who oversees the ashram where she is shooting.
The Pretty Woman star began shooting Eat, Pray, Love at Ashram Harimandir in Pataudi on Sunday (20Sep09) - and she met with the sacred site’s chief official, Swami Dharam Dev on Monday (21Sep09) to ask him for his blessing.
Film insider Rajan Zed, tells WENN, "When Julia went to seek his blessings, Swami was quoted as telling her to step into sadhvi’s (virtuous woman) role in her real life whenever she was in self doubt.
"Swami also reportedly suggested her to adopt prayers, meditation and yoga in her real life and take all good things she learned at the ashram back to the U.S.A.
"She reportedly introduced her children to Swami with the names of Mahalaxmi, Ganesh, and Krishna Balram. Swami reportedly tied raksha-sutra (sacred protective thread) on their wrists." The actress launched the filming with a hawan fire sacrifice and cooked dal-roti (bread) for a community lunch at the ashram.
She also took part in religious chanting and offered prayers, along with her children and told religious leaders, "India is really amazing." Zed, a leading Hindu statesman in America, has applauded Roberts for her devotion to Hinduism as she starts shooting: "She’s actively participating in it with her three children, and showing keen interest.
"The people of India will be anxious to see how perfectly Roberts does her job of cleaning the ashram as a part of her devotional duty, recites the 182-verse Sanskrit chant, and masters meditation in the film."

Country star CRYSTAL GAYLE is to be honoured with the 2,390th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Pal and peer Tanya Tucker will induct the singer onto the famous pavement on Vine Street on 2 October (09).

Married country singer LEE GREENWOOD has failed to put a stop to reports he’s having an affair with an ex-girlfriend 24 years his junior, by refusing to confirm or deny the allegations.
The 66 year old has been married to former beauty queen Kimberly Payne, 42, for 17 years and the couple has two sons.
But, according to the National Enquirer, Greenwood has been cheating on his fourth wife with a businesswoman from Tennessee.
A source tells the tabloid, "The woman and Lee first dated a long time ago, but they’ve recently rekindled their relationship after she went through a divorce.
"She bumped into Lee about five months ago at an airport, and they swapped numbers. Lee’s been meeting her at hotels around Nashville as often as once a week. He’s told the woman that he has no plans to leave his wife, and she’s fine with that." A representative for Greenwood, famous for his hit song God Bless the U.S.A., confirms the mystery redhead is an "old friend" and suggests she is simply an acquaintance - but has stopped short of denying the claims altogether.
His spokesman Kirt Webster says, "Lee is a devoted husband and father who meets with fans, business associates and potential promotional partners often."

THE FLAMING LIPS have called on fans to strip and cycle for the band’s new video.
Inspired by Portland, Oregon’s annual World Naked Bike Ride, the promo for Watching the Planets is being shot at Mount Tabor in Oregon on Wednesday (23Sep09) - and Flaming Lips frontman Kevin Coyne called on fans to join him for the naked fun.
Coyne says he thought of the idea while watching footage from the 2009 World Naked Bike Ride: "I first thought, ‘That’s preposterous,’ and then right away, ‘That would be good for a video.’"

Rocker JOE PERRY has dismissed reports AEROSMITH are on the verge of splitting up, insisting the band is planning to reconvene after "a breather" next year (10).
The guitarist sparked fears the group was in trouble after revealing he and frontman Steven Tyler hadn’t spoken for a month last week (ends18Sep09).
But he insists there are no plans to split.
He says, "Aerosmith is taking a breather," adding he knows the silence between himself and Tyler won’t last for long: "Whether it’s him calling me or me calling him, it will happen." And Perry hopes the rockers still have quite a future ahead of them: "Maybe we have three more records in us. Maybe we have five." Aerosmith will regroup for shows in Hawaii next month (Oct09) - it will be the band’s first concerts since an injury to Tyler forced them to scrap a summer (09) tour. Tyler shattered his collarbone when he fell from the stage at a concert in South Dakota at the beginning of August (09).
Perry has also confirmed the band will perform at a Formula One race meeting in the United Arab Emirates on 1 November (09).
He states, "We’re getting our visas together and the papers drawn up and everything."

The actor who played THE EXTERMINATOR has lost his battle with cancer.
Robert Ginty, 60, had a varied career as an actor and director in TV, film and on stage but he was best known as the star of 1980 film The Exterminator.
He appeared in TV shows The Paper Chase and Falcon Crest and 1980s films like Warrior of the Lost World, The Alchemist and the Exterminator sequel. He also appeared in classic 1978 movie Coming Home Ginty wrote, directed and appeared in The Bounty Hunter in 1989 and produced, directed and acted in Vietnam, Texas a year later.

The hot pants, leather biker suit and sweaty tank top MEGAN FOX wore in the TRANSFORMERS sequel are to be auctioned off as part of a massive film prop and costume sale.
More than 100 items from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen will go under the hammer at a Profiles In History sale in California next month (Oct09).
As well as Fox’s clothing items, the highlights will include a 17-foot Bumblebee Autobot, the film’s Bumblebee Camaro vehicle and the original Optimus Prime CGI head.
The Bumblebee robot is expected to be the auction’s big seller, with estimates starting at $60,000 (£40,000).
Fox’s short shorts, tank top and black leather motorcycle costume are expected to fetch between $3,000 (£2,000) and $5,000 (£3,330) each.
The Transformers sequel items will go under the hammer at the same auction as Michael Jackson’s iconic illuminating white glove, which the late King of Pop wore on the Victory Tour.

KATHERINE HEIGL’s newly-adopted daughter underwent life-saving surgery to repair a hole in her heart when she was just two months old.
The Knocked Up star and her singer husband Josh Kelley finalised the adoption of 10-month-old Nancy Leigh from Korea last week (ends18Sep09), revealing their applications were fast-tracked because the tot has special needs.
Heigl explained, "They wanted to get her to us as quickly as possible." Now the National Enquirer reports the baby - nicknamed Naleigh - had an operation soon after she was born to fix her heart defect.
A source tells the tabloid, "Doctors said the congenital heart defect had to be treated quickly to save the baby’s life."

JOHN HART, the man who replaced CLAYTON MOORE as TV’s wild west hero THE LONE RANGER, has died, aged 91.
Hart battled dementia in his latter years and passed away at his home in Rosarito Beach, Mexico on Sunday (20Sep09), according to the Los Angeles Times.
A California native, Hart launched his Hollywood career in Cecil B. DeMille’s 1938 film The Buccaneer.
After serving in the U.S. Army, he landed the title role in the 1947 TV series Jack Armstrong: The All-American Boy and took over from Moore as The Lone Ranger for 52 episodes of the popular family show.
He was the perfect choice for the role - because he worked as a cowboy as a teenager, and had joined the cast of the show to work with a nervous Silver, the Lone Ranger’s horse.
Hart gave up the role of The Lone Ranger when Moore returned to the show, but he played the masked hero again in a 1981 episode of The Greatest American Hero and in a 1982 episode of Happy Days.
He also starred in Hawkeye and the Last of the Mohicans, alongside horror movie icon Lon Chaney Jr.

SINGLE WHITE FEMALE star JENNIFER JASON LEIGH and her director husband NOAH BAUMBACH are expecting their first child together, according to U.S. reports.
The couple, who wed in 2005, has been trying to start a family for more than a year.
A source tells the National Enquirer, "Having children is something they have wanted for some time. They are overjoyed with the news.
"Jennifer wanted to play it safe and not tell anyone until she was past the three-month mark. But now that she has reached that stage, she has been telling some of those close to her.
"Noah and Jennifer are so in love - and they’re going to make great parents." The baby is due in March (10).

BRITNEY SPEARS’ ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE has brushed off rumours his upcoming TV weightloss challenge is a direct result of doctors telling him to drop the pounds or face serious heart problems.
The 31 year old, who was once an athletic back-up dancer for Spears, has become tabloid fodder in recent months for packing on the pounds, and now he has signed on to lose weight on the new season of U.S. reality show Celebrity Fit Club.
But he insists the decision to join ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson on the show had nothing to do with health concerns - and reports his ballooning frame has sent his blood pressure skyrocketing are not true.
His spokesperson tells People magazine, "The rumour (of potential heart problems) is 100 per cent false. He’s focused on taking care of the kids and is (already) eating healthier and losing weight."

ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s lover and lawyer HOWARD K. STERN has been arraigned on 11 felony counts over allegations he conspired with two doctors to provide the tragic model/actress with prescription drugs.
Stern was initially charged with six crimes relating to Smith’s drug use in March (09), alongside the star’s physician Sandeep Kapoor and the ex-Playboy model’s former neighbour Khristine Eroshevich.
Ongoing investigations into the busty blonde’s 2007 death have revealed Kapoor allegedly ignored medical dangers by providing an array of powerful and addictive drugs to a woman with a history of substance abuse.
During an arraignment hearing at the Los Angeles Criminal Courthouse on Wednesday (23Sep09), Stern was hit with another five felonies, including one suggesting he helped Smith gain opiate prescriptions under different aliases.
Kapoor and Eroshevich were formally charged with six felony counts on Wednesday.
All three defendants have pleaded not guilty to the claims.
