WEST’S ASSAULT HEARING DELAYED
Rapper KANYE WEST has won a delay in his assault case.
The Stronger hitmaker is charged with vandalism, battery and grand theft after allegedly lashing out at photographers at LAX airport in Los Angeles last year (08).
A pre-trial hearing was set for this month (Sep09), but the star’s lawyer Blair Berk went to court on Friday (18Sep09) and successfully obtained a delay.
The next hearing is now scheduled to take place on 23 October (09).
