GRAMMER WINS BUILDING BATTLE

KELSEY GRAMMER has won a legal battle against a building contractor who botched work on his kitchen.
TLD bosses filed suit against the actor over non-payment of a bill, but Grammer insisted he refused to pay up after firing the contractors for "non-performance".
And a jury in Santa Monica, California sided with the star and his wife Camille on Thursday (10Sep09), according to TMZ.com.
The building company bosses not only lost the suit, but were told they had to pay damages to the Grammers, based on "negligence".
