WILL.I.AM is looking for a change of career - the BLACK EYED PEAS star is begging the boss of an American football team to sign him up.
The frontman has long harboured an ambition to play the sport, and dreamed of turning out for his favourite side, the Miami Dolphins.
The beatmaker has made a public appeal to the team’s owner, Stephen Ross, to let him try out - because he’s convinced he is faster than New Orleans Saints player Reggie Bush.
will.i.am writes on his blog, "I always loved the game of American football. I’m sad that I never followed my football dreams. Lately I’ve been thinking, is it too late to do it now? No way! "I’m fast. Ask Reggie Bush. I’ll kick his a**. I’m not lying about how fast I am. So I wanna put this talent to use. I wanna try out for the Miami Dolphins." Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez and Gloria Estefan all own shares in the team.
