ROLLING STONES star RONNIE WOOD is set to pay his estranged wife JO $17.25 million (£11.5 million) after settling a divorce deal.
The veteran guitarist, 62, split from his wife of 23 years in July last year (08), after his affair with 20-year-old Russian waitress Ekaterina Ivanova was exposed.
Now the couple is set to finalise its divorce after Jo, 53, agreed to an out-of-court settlement that will effectively give her about half of the star’s fortune, reports Britain’s News of the World.
The former model, Wood’s second wife, will take the family’s mansion in Kingston Vale, England and will also receive a monthly allowance.
A source tells the newspaper, "The divorce is mostly done. Jo has half his £23 million wealth and their Kingston mansion." The pair has two children together, daughter Leah and son Tyrone, as well as Jo’s son Jamie from a previous relationship. Wood is also father to Jesse, his son with his first wife, Krissy.
According to the report, legal proceedings will be completed after Jo finishes her stint on upcoming U.K. TV talent contest Strictly Come Dancing.

The cause of ADAM ‘DJ AM’ GOLDSTEIN’s death remains a mystery as authorities call for further tests on the star’s body.
Officials completed an initial autopsy on Saturday (29Aug09), one day after the 36 year old was found dead in his New York City apartment from a suspected drug overdose.
But the initial investigation was inconclusive, and more toxicology tests, which are expected to take weeks, are needed to determine what killed Goldstein.
New York City Medical Examiner spokesperson Ellen Borakove says, "The cause of death was inconclusive because we need to do additional testing. The testing would include toxicology and tissue testing. We don’t expect any results for several weeks.
"It’s under investigation and when the investigation is complete we will have a cause of death and a manner of death." Officials at the Medical Examiner are cooperating with the New York City Police Department in an official investigation, amid reports Goldstein was found with drug paraphernalia in his home.

TRAVIS BARKER paid tribute to ADAM ‘DJ AM’ GOLDSTEIN onstage and in heartfelt internet messages on Saturday (29Aug09) - a day after his friend was found dead from a suspected drug overdose.
Grieving Barker dedicated his concert with Blink-182 in Hartford, Connecticut to Goldstein, his partner in hip-hop-rock duo TRV$DJAM and his fellow survivor of a harrowing plane crash last year (08).
Before taking the stage at the Comcast Theatre, the drummer wrote on his Twitter.com page, "Don’t know how i am gonna play 2night but i am for AM.
"My brother is gone. i love u (sic) and miss u, i’ll never forget all the good times we had." He later added, "I’ll never forget everything we’ve been thru (sic) and every time i play the drums i’ll think of you. U (sic) were an amazing friend/DJ/human being… Rest In Peace my brother, this really f**ks me up." Barker skipped his usual drum solo during Blink-182’s encore and instead bassist Mark Hoppus asked for the arena’s house lights to be turned off and for a moment of silence for their friend, before launching into an emotional rendition of their song Down.
Hoppus fought back tears as he told the audience, "We truly hope that you’re all having a good time tonight. But this night’s really hard for the three of us up here onstage and for a lot of our crew as well because we lost a really dear friend yesterday. His name is Adam Goldstein.
"He was an innovator and he was a genius and he loved music more than any other person on this planet and above all, he was an amazing friend. So we’re doing as best we can to get through tonight but right now I’d like to take down the lights and have a moment of silence for our friend Adam. Thank you all very much."

NOEL GALLAGHER walked away from OASIS after suffering "intolerable" and "violent" intimidation towards members of his family.
The guitarist quit the British band on Friday (28Aug09) after a furious bust-up with his singer brother Liam backstage at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris, France.
He initially issued a statement telling fans he could no longer work with Liam, after a string of recent disagreements between the pair.
Now the Wonderwall hitmaker has elaborated further on the reasons for the split - insisting he was "forced" to leave the band after his management refused to support him.
In a statement on the official Oasis website, Gallagher writes, "As of last Friday the 28th August, I have been forced to leave the Manchester rock’n'roll pop group Oasis.
"The details are not important and of too great a number to list. But I feel you have the right to know that the level of verbal and violent intimidation towards me, my family, friends and comrades has become intolerable. And the lack of support and understanding from my management and band mates has left me with no other option than to get me cape and seek pastures new." Gallagher apologised to fans for the cancelled Rock en Seine set, and also for the band’s axed headline slot at the V Festival in Chelmsford, England on Sunday (23Aug09) - blamed, at the time, on Liam’s throat virus.
The guitarist adds, "Again, I can only apologise - although I don’t know why, it was nothing to do with me. I was match fit and ready to be brilliant. Alas, other people in the group weren’t up to it.
"In closing I would like to thank all the Oasis fans, all over the world. The last 18 years have been truly, truly amazing (and I hate that word, but today is the one time I’ll deem it appropriate). A dream come true. I take with me glorious memories."

Actor WES BENTLEY is facing legal action from a credit card company after allegedly failing to pay his bills.
The American Beauty star has been hit with a lawsuit from attorneys for American Express, who allege the 30 year old opened up a Gold Account and racked up $92,738 (£61,825) in charges he never paid off.
Now bosses at the financial firm are demanding their money back, as well as interest and attorney’s fees, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.com.

MANDY MOORE is "absolutely heartbroken" following the tragic death of her ex-boyfriend DJ AM on Friday (28Aug09).
The singer/actress has paid tribute to the mixmaster - real name Adam Goldstein - who was found dead in his New York City apartment after a suspected drug overdose.
In a statement Moore says, "I am absolutely heartbroken. For those of us lucky enough to have known him, Adam radiated a contagious exuberance for life and also personified the very definition of a true friend.
"To say that he will be missed beyond words is an understatement. My heart goes out to his loved ones." The couple dated in 2007 and rekindled their romance shortly after Goldstein survived a horrific plane crash in South Carolina last year (08).
Moore, who married rocker Ryan Adams in March (09), was spotted filming upcoming movie Swinging with the Finkels in London the day authorities discovered her former beau dead.

Former SPICE GIRL MELANIE BROWN is so eager to help people get fit, she’s applying to become a personal trainer.
The singer insists she is in the best shape of her life and after releasing her own fitness DVD, she wants to encourage people to shape up by working out with them on a personal basis.
The 34 year old is preparing to begin a two-month fitness instructor’s course, beginning in September (09), before planning her own high-energy exercise classes.
A source tells Britain’s Daily Mirror, "(Brown) has never felt fitter, faster or stronger. Unlike some celebrities who endorse fad diets and daft fitness regimes, Mel is into old-fashioned sweat and tears to get results.
"She’s had a few PT (personal training) sessions and decided to get qualified herself and help others achieve the perfect body.
"In addition, she’s launching a Totally Fit class, inspired by her best-selling DVD after becoming a Fitness First (U.K. gym) ambassador.
"She’ll be working with industry experts to create a high-octane, fast-paced class, and will hopefully launch the programme herself, demonstrating to other instructors." According to the publication, Brown will launch her classes in London next spring (10).

Hollywood filmmaker KEVIN SMITH sparked rumours of a feud with BRUCE WILLIS by reportedly launching into a rant about the actor after he failed to show at an event for their new film A COUPLE OF DICKS.
The action star was noticeably absent at a recent wrap party in New York, reports the National Enquirer.
According to the publication, the pair has been at odds over Willis’ demands to add his own creative input to the film - and Smith took advantage of his star’s absence to criticise him in a scathing toast.
Smith is said to have cheered, "I want to thank everyone who worked on he film, except for Bruce Willis… who is a f**king d**k!" A spokesperson for Willis had not responded to requests for comment as WENN went to press.

Oscar winner MATT DAMON is set to be honoured for his film career at an award ceremony next year (10).
The actor, whose career took off following the success of 1997’s Good Will Hunting, which he wrote with pal Ben Affleck, will be feted with the prestigious American Cinematheque Award, reports Variety.
The ceremony is scheduled to take place in March. Previous recipients of the award include actor Samuel L. Jackson, who accepted the statuette in December 2008, and Julia Roberts who was lauded in 2007.

THE ENEMY rocker TOM CLARKE was left red-faced after crashing his brand new sports car - less than a week after purchasing it.
The frontman drove his TVR 350c off a busy road, before spinning out of control and smashing into a pole.
He says, "I’d only had the car four days! I lost it in the outside lane of the A90 (U.K. road) on my way to Aberdeen (Scotland). The car spun four times before hitting a barrier, then it left the road and went over a bollard before wrapping around a parking sign." The star has released a photo of his wrecked vehicle as a warning to fans to drive safely, admitting he was lucky to have walked away with his life: "Amazingly, there were no injuries. The crash felt like when you fall over trying to put your boxers on!"

Las Vegas entrepreneur and casino owner GEORGE MALOOF has joined the list of celebrities and friends paying tribute to ADAM ‘DJ AM’ GOLDSTEIN, who died on Friday (28Aug09).
The DJ was booked to perform at the Rain Nightclub inside Maloof’s Palms Casino on Friday night.
A statement from Maloof reads, "I am deeply saddened by the news of the passing of DJ AM. He was our resident DJ at Rain Nightclub at the Palms Casino Resort. We considered him a friend and a great artist. He will truly be missed." Goldstein was found dead in his New York apartment, after reportedly suffering a drug overdose. He was 36.

Tragic DJ AM was putting the finishing touches to an MTV reality series about drug abuse and intervention when he died on Friday (28Aug09).
The former drug abuser was shooting Gone Too Far, which was set to air later this year (09).
Ironically, he suffered a reported drug overdose in his New York apartment and was found dead on Friday evening.
The New York Post is reporting that drug paraphernalia was found in the apartment.
In a recent interview about Gone Too Far, with U.S. TV news show Extra, DJ AM - real name Adam Goldstein - reflected on the need for intervention for drug abuse, stating, "It’s life or death, some of these people have come so close to dying, just as I did… I had no shot, but it’s never too late." It is not known if MTV will air the eight episodes of Gone Too Far DJ AM shot before his death.

ADAM ‘DJ AM’ GOLDSTEIN spoke of his "daily struggle" to cope with life just weeks before his tragic death from a suspected drug overdose.
The DJ survived a plane crash that claimed the lives of four people in September last year (08) - but the incident left him deeply traumatised.
Last month (Jul09), he spoke of his battle to come to terms with the fact that he and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker survived the horror accident in South Carolina while others died.
Goldstein said, "There’s no reason why I should have lived or why I lived and they didn’t. And it’s something I struggle with every day." The DJ was found dead on Friday (28Aug09) at his New York apartment, where authorities reportedly found drug paraphernalia.
Goldstein was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1973 and lived a troubled childhood, turning to food to deal with an abusive father he later learned was gay and a drug addict.
By his early 20s, Goldstein had fallen into a deep depression, battling an addiction to crack cocaine that took hold of his life and eventually drove him to attempt suicide at 24.
The star put a loaded gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger but the weapon jammed, a moment he later described as a turning point that prompted him to eventually give up drugs and undergo gastric bypass surgery to drastically lose weight.
He gained early fame for his involvement with the rock band Crazy Town, but grabbed even more headlines after embarking on a relationship with Lionel Richie’s daughter Nicole, to whom he was engaged in 2005.
His career picked up speed as he found work remixing on albums for stars including Madonna and Will Smith, while booking live work scratching at A-list private parties for Jennifer Lopez, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, among others.
He also collaborated with Travis Barker as the hip-hop-rock duo TRV$DJAM, but their careers were halted and lives changed forever after the horrific plane crash in South Carolina.
Barker and Goldstein, the only survivors of the tragedy, were admitted to a Georgia hospital in critical condition with severe burns.
Goldstein’s ex-girlfriend, pop star Mandy Moore, rushed to be by his bedside as he recovered, and the pair briefly reconciled their relationship before breaking up in December 2008.
He made his live comeback performing alongside rapper Jay-Z on stage in October (08), but when he sued the jet company two months later, his lawsuit revealed he was seeking damages for "pain, suffering, mental anguish, psychological and emotional distress, disfigurement and pre-impact fear of death and burning".
The recovering addict admitted he was seeking psychological help to come to terms with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, telling People.com he had nightmares about a man chasing him with a blowtorch.

Actor EUGENE LEVY is stunned he has managed to stay married for over 32 years - because his wife threatened him with divorce two decades ago.
The American Pie star and his writer wife Deborah Devine first ran into marital problems after moving to Los Angeles and attempting to enlist their children in a private school.
The exclusive institution required them to fill in a series of complicated applications, which Levy struggled to complete as he couldn’t remember the colour of his wife’s eyes for one particularly comprehensive section.
Now he’s thanking his wife for not following through on threats to end their then union.
He says, "About 20 years ago I made a faux-pas sizable enough that it could’ve ended the marriage… I’m home one night not doing anything really, thinking about myself, and my wife Deb comes down from her office; she has a stack of school application forms and dumps them on my desk.
"I reach a section on the application form that asks for information on your spouse… and there’s a little box that says, ‘colour of eyes’.

GIRLS GONE WILD founder JOE FRANCIS has hit back at accusations he assaulted BRODY JENNER’s girlfriend, insisting THE HILLS star actually attacked him.
Jenner alleged on Friday (28Aug09) that Francis "punched and kicked" Playboy model Jayde Nicole at Hollywood hotspot Guys & Dolls after she threw a drink at him to keep him from hitting on her pal.
Jenner claims he then followed Francis out of the venue and punched him in the face - but was struck with a Taser gun.
But Francis insists it was Jenner who assaulted him - and maintains there is security footage that will prove he didn’t assault Nicole.
He tells MTV.com, "This was an unprovoked attack. The security-camera footage pretty much confirms my account of the events entirely. I was talking with a friend of mine. I got punched in the back and then all of a sudden, (Nicole) poured a drink, and then a glass hits me in the head… I wanted to turn her head around. I grabbed her hair, and the next thing I know, my shirt’s being ripped. I’m punched in the face. I go into the submissive ball until the whole thing gets settled down." According to Francis, both men were escorted from the club when he suddenly found himself knocked out: "(Suddenly) I was on the ground, so I don’t remember the punch, but (Brody) punched me. By the time I came to, I was being helped up and (club security) were chasing Brody around the parking lot. And they Tased him to bring him down to the ground… and then three guys jump on him, and then I sped away. It’s all captured on video." The 36 year old is so furious over the recent attack, he’s considering taking legal action: "I have some injuries. I’m considering all options right now. My jaw is swollen. I have cuts and bruises all over my body. I’m pretty angry." He also insisted it isn’t the first time he has clashed with Jenner: "This is the second time this guy has attacked me. He attacked me once before in a nightclub. It was in March of this year…
"This kid runs around Hollywood. His whole thing is to try and be famous. I would never hit a girl in my life, and the footage proves that."

JOHN TRAVOLTA’s wife KELLY PRESTON has cancelled plans to talk in public about the death of the couple’s son JETT, because she’s still wracked with grief.
Jett died suddenly in January (09) after suffering a seizure during a family holiday in the Bahamas. He was 16.
Preston had agreed to break her silence about his death at a women’s conference in October (09), hosted by Arnold Schwarzenegger’s wife Maria Shriver, but the actress has backed out.
She explains in a statement, "It is with my sincere apologies that I must pull out from speaking at the conference. I am sorry, but I truly believed that I could do it. Otherwise I never would have said that I could. But I am still deeply in the process of healing, and it’s just too soon." Shriver, who is mourning the recent deaths of her mother Eunice Kennedy, and uncle Senator Edward Kennedy, has released her own statement, sympathising with Preston’s anguish: "I know how hard it was for Kelly to make this decision and she has my complete support and understanding."

MICHAEL JACKSON was killed by a cocktail of strong prescription drugs, Los Angeles’ County Coroner has sensationally ruled.
In an announcement made on Friday (28Aug09), Jackson’s death was ruled a homicide and blamed on the "acute" presence of the anaesthetic Propofol and anti-anxiety drug Lorazepam in his system.
The superstar had also taken Midazolam (Versed), Diazepam (Valium), Lidocaine (topical anaesthetic) and Ephedrine prior to his death on 25 June (09).
The full autopsy report has not been released.
The final coroner’s report, including the toxicology report, will remain on security hold, pending release by the Los Angeles Police Department, reports TMZ.com.
The Jackson family has, meanwhile, released a statement, praising the findings. It reads, "The Jackson family again wishes to commend the actions of the Coroner, the LAPD and other law enforcement agencies, and looks forward to the day that justice can be served." The ruling looks set to kickstart a manslaughter investigation, with the spotlight on Jackson’s personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray - who is accused to administering Propofol to help the star sleep the night before he died.
