LOOG OLDHAM MEMOIRS TO BE TURNED INTO SITCOM

The ROLLING STONES’ former manager/producer ANDREW LOOG OLDHAM is set to be the subject of a new TV sitcom.
Producers at U.S. cable channel HBO are developing a comedy series based on the life of the colourful music mogul, according to Daily Variety.
Speaking to WENN in 2007, Loog Oldham revealed be was planning to turn his memoirs Stoned and 2Stoned into a biopic, but now Cape Fear screenwriter Wesley Strick will adapt the svengali’s recollections for the TV series.
