KID ROCK is drunk with success - his new beer brand is a big hit.
The rock star’s Badass Beer, a new Michigan Brewing Company beverage, is brewing up a storm in the state - even though drinkers have yet to taste it.
Kid Rock can’t believe his beer is a big deal - he just figured it would be an easy way to make sure he had free alcohol backstage at concerts.
He tells Rolling Stone magazine, "I thought we’d be making beer and having fun, like, ‘Ah, we’ll get free beer, and it will have my name on it.’ "But it’s mind-blowing. We have f**kloads of orders, and no one’s even tasted it yet." He’s not the only music star launching a new beer - Jimmy Buffett is also tasting success with his new Land Shark lager.
