LIL WAYNE is the busiest man in hip-hop - he’s delayed his REBIRTH album four times because he’s too busy working with other artists.
The highly-anticipated record was initially due for release in May (09) but has since been put back to December (09) at the earliest.
But the Lollipop hitmaker insists he hasn’t been slacking in the studio - he’s just too busy with acts he has signed to his Young Money record label to concentrate on his own work.
He tells MTV.Com, "Honestly, I’m just starting up this Young Money label and I’m trying to get my artists down right. Get everybody together.
"Once I got that together, then I could work back on me. I’m a very humble person. I know once I get to it, I’mma (sic) get to it. So like I was saying, it’s Young Money time, so making sure my artists get their just due."

Box office veteran DIANE KEATON is heading to the small screen - she will star in a new comedy for U.S. network HBO.
The Oscar-winner is set to star in an as-yet-untitled new project from writer Marti Noxon, which will see Keaton play a character who sets up a porn mag for women.
Dawn Parouse, who will executive produce the half-hour special with Keaton, insists the Annie Hall star was the first choice - because she is no stranger to playing feminist roles.
She tells the Hollywood Reporter, "Diane has been attracted to roles about women exploring their sexuality in films like Something’s Gotta Give."

DOMINIC MONAGHAN struggled to cope with fame and was driven "off the rails" after filming the LORD OF THE RINGS movies.
Monaghan was a relatively unknown actor when he landed the role of Merry in 2001’s The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, but his Hollywood profile skyrocketed by the time the hit fantasy trilogy was complete.
The 32 year old admits it was difficult to adjust to his newfound success, and he abused alcohol while trying to make sense of his life and career.
He says, "It was hard - I had a tough year, I had a tough year and a half. Kind of too much drinking. Too many late nights hanging out with the wrong women - maybe the right women but at the wrong time. Kind of going off the rails a little bit.
"I think maybe I had to do that personally to get over the rollercoaster ride that Lord Of The Rings was."

Actor VAL KILMER owes $538,858 (£359,239) to the U.S. government in unpaid taxes, according to reports.
The Batman Forever star is being chased for the debt by America’s Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
A request for the federal taxes was filed on 15 July (09) in New Jersey - despite Kilmer, who hails from Los Angeles, living in New Mexico for the last 20 years.

MEL GIBSON is facing the possibility of legal action after a partygoer alleged the star attacked him during a night out at a Los Angeles club.
The Lethal Weapon star and his girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, who is pregnant with Gibson’s child, made a rare appearance at the launch of Playhouse on Wednesday (29Jul09).
The couple appeared to be enjoying themselves in the hotspot’s VIP section until a magazine reporter, posing as a fan, took pictures of them, according to a report on Hollyscoop.com.
Gibson’s security guards were said to have confiscated the camera and deleted the photos, prompting the relentless journalist to send a male friend to get another shot.
The actor allegedly flew into a rage and attacked the clubgoer before storming out.
A source tells Hollyscoop, "Mel approached the guy who tried to take his picture and ripped his shirt." The website also claims the unidentified man then made his way to a local police station to file a report against Gibson.
It’s not the first time Gibson has hit the headlines for troublesome behaviour - he was arrested in 2006 for driving under the influence.

TWILIGHT heart-throb ROBERT PATTINSON is urging his fans to treat him with more respect and keep their distance - because he is spooked by the unwanted attention.
The star has been filming his new movie, Remember Me, in New York, and was recently struck by a taxi while trying to escape a group of over-excited devotees.
Pattinson admits he is often scared to go outside because of the screaming girls who follow his every move - and is asking his fans to treat him with a little more consideration.
He says, "People ambush me and try and find out what hotel I’m staying at, as well as wanting to touch my hair. Everyone just screams and screams. It feels surreal." The Brit also admits he has been accosted by some seriously disturbed young Twilight fans, who have approached him with blood dripping from their necks.
He adds, "One time there were these four girls, in Chicago I think, and they had all scratched their necks until they bled. And then when they came up to me they had these bleeding scabs. It was gross."

AMY WINEHOUSE’s father MITCH was so terrified about his daughter’s raging drug habit he pretended he was dying in a bid to make her quit.
The troubled star sank deep into drug addiction over the last two years and nearly lost her life following an accidental overdose in 2007.
Her dad admits he was so concerned, he pretended to have a serious medical condition in a bid to shock the singer into quitting.
And last August (08) Mitch even faked a heart attack as part of his ploy to help his daughter.
He says, "I just didn’t know which way to turn. I’d tried everything. I pretended I was seriously ill and even got one doctor to tell her I was dying. Once I even started screaming and said I was having a heart attack, but it didn’t work. Amy’s not stupid and she wanted to see my medical records proving I was actually ill." After several failed stints in rehab, the singer fled her native Britain at the end of last year (08), spending eight months in the Caribbean in a bid to kick her drug habit.
And Mitch is convinced the extended break has finally rid Winehouse of drugs for good - she is officially clean.
He adds, "One of the conditions for her American visa is that she’s drug free. The tests were taken by the doctor who reports to the U.S. Embassy and they’ve come back negative. It’s not me being a deluded father - the truth is there for all to see." Mitch also claims his daughter has shaken off her eating disorders, adding, "She doesn’t binge on chocolate any more. She’s no longer a bulimic. She’s healthy."

AMY WINEHOUSE was trying for a baby with her ex-husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL - and was devastated when couldn’t she conceive, according to her father MITCH.
The star married Fielder-Civil in Miami, Florida in 2007 but their relationship descended into drug abuse, while Winehouse also suffered from eating disorder bulimia.
They split up when Fielder-Civil was handed a 27-month jail sentence and their divorce was finalised earlier this month (Jul09).
Mitch Winehouse reveals that during the time they were together, the singer was determined to have a baby - but her poor health meant she was not able to conceive.
He says, "She was desperate to have children with Blake and she told me they were trying but they couldn’t. Thank God!" But Mitch reveals that since Winehouse kicked drugs on her eight-month Caribbean break and conquered her bulimia, she has regained her health and will be able to have children in the future.
He adds, "Now her body is in full working order again she’d love to be a mum."

AMY WINEHOUSE’s father MITCH is determined to protect his daughter’s fortune from her ex-husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL - insisting the former junkie won’t receive anything in their divorce settlement.
The couple married in Miami, Florida in summer 2007 after a whirlwind romance but the troubled union ended in a divorce, which was finalised earlier this month (Jul09).
The rocky relationship was blighted by drugs from the beginning and started to fall apart when Fielder-Civil was sent to prison.
He spent a large stint of their marriage behind bars after he was convicted on charges of grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice, relating to a 2007 assault on a pub landlord.
And Mitch Winehouse has vowed Fielder-Civil will leave the marriage empty-handed because he doesn’t deserve any of his daughter’s money.
He says, "He hasn’t asked us yet for money in the divorce. But when this does go to court, we’re not going to give him anything. He also admitted he got her onto drugs. How can he expect any money? "He is a convicted liar, a convicted violent criminal. I am not saying that he forced Class A drugs down Amy’s throat, but now he wants us to believe he begged her to stop. It’s madness.
"She has been a victim in all this - if anyone needs to apologise it’s Blake. But Amy doesn’t need his apologies."

Rocker JOHN MAYER has recorded a duet with pal ROB DYRDEK apologising to the skateboarder-turned-reality TV star’s mother for helping to fake a trip to the hospital earlier this summer (09).
The pranksters sparked fears for Dyrdek’s heath when Mayer was photographed carrying him out of a Los Angeles club in June (09) and helping him into a waiting car.
Mayer even updated his Twitter.com blog to inform fans he had taken Dyrdek to the hospital to have his stomach pumped, adding, "When the contents of his stomach hit that silicon bag and we all saw it, we just broke into applause." The incident turned out to be part of an outlandish publicity stunt for Dyrdek’s MTV show Fantasy Factory - but it attracted the attention of his local news station back home in Ohio, which took the reports one step further and claimed Dyrdek had died.
Dyrdek tells People.com, "I did a whole episode on what it’s like to have a psychotically famous (friend). Just the whole idea of how out of control it got. To where my parents’ local news was like, ‘Local celebrity almost dies.’" So the TV star decided to hit the recording studio with Mayer to come up with a creative apology for his mother. Dyrdek says: "We recorded a song called ‘Rob’s Mom’ that apologises to her and all of the girls in the office."

OASIS frontman LIAM GALLAGHER and pop singer LILY ALLEN shocked passengers on a flight to Japan by allegedly teaming up for a boozy 11-hour on-board party.
Both stars were booked on a flight from London to Tokyo, Japan last Wednesday (22Jul09) ahead of their appearances at the country’s Fuji Rock music festival at the weekend (25-26Jul09).
And the longtime friends used the opportunity to catch up and enjoy the free alcohol during the flight - but their rowdy antics weren’t appreciated by other passengers, who reportedly complained about the shouting and swearing coming from the First Class section.
A source tells British newspaper The Sun, "They did not care about the other passengers. They were in a world of their own. They were obviously well-oiled (drunk) before they came on-board. There is obviously a different set of rules for celebrities." When the publication approached Allen to ask about the incident, she reportedly replied, "I don’t know what you are talking about."

Los Angeles officials have searched the offices of a second doctor connected to late superstar MICHAEL JACKSON - as the hunt for the singer’s medical files continues.
On Tuesday (28Jul09) officers from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) swooped on the house of Jackson’s personal doctor, Conrad Murray, who was with the star on the day of his death last month (25Jun09).
Officers confiscated Murray’s computer and cell phone from his Las Vegas residence as they investigate possible manslaughter charges against him.
Now a second medic is facing the police probe - Los Angeles County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter searched the Beverly Hills medical offices of Dr. Lawrence Koplin on Wednesday (29Jul09), reportedly looking for records from the medic’s nurse anaesthetist David Fournier.
Jackson’s dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, performed procedures on the star at Dr. Koplin’s office with Fournier administering anaesthesia, according to TMZ.com.
On leaving Koplin’s offices, Winter confirmed he is "still looking for medical records involving Michael Jackson".

LED ZEPPELIN rocker ROBERT PLANT is to team up with TOM JONES, JOSS STONE and British band RAZORLIGHT for a charity gig in London.
The veteran singer has signed up to headline the Rockwell gig, which will take place at the British capital’s O2 Arena on 11 September (09).
Other acts on the bill include David Gray, Beverley Knight, Gabriella Cilmi, Lulu and Boyzone frontman Ronan Keating.
All proceeds from the show will go to the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy charity.

Actress LINDSAY LOHAN is facing a $37,500 (£25,000) bill from one of Hollywood’s most exclusive hotels - after she allegedly failed to settle her tab following a visit.
The Mean Girls star stayed at the luxurious Chateau Marmont in April (09) after her split from on/off girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
But British newspaper the Daily Mirror alleges Lohan has found herself in trouble with hotel staff, after she left without paying the bill.
A source tells the publication, "It seems Lindsay has unpaid bills at Chateau Marmont mounting up to $37,500 (£25,000). She’ll ask for a room even though she’s told there’s an outstanding balance at the desk."

Pop star LADY GAGA is feeling miserable and homesick following her recent split from her entrepreneur boyfriend - because her "heart has been so terribly broken".

An enterprising Texas teen has found a novel way of generating charity cash from TWILIGHT’s truck.
The vehicle Kristen Stewart’s character Bella drove in the first Twilight film now belongs to 17-year-old Sterling Biegert, and she’s renting the red Chevrolet out to raise funds for her favourite causes.
The teen says, "I always knew I wanted to help people. I never thought it would come in this package." Biegert’s parents bought the teenage Twilight fan the truck as a gift.

Movie bosses have hit back at actress RACHELLE LEFEVRE after she accused them of unfairly dismissing her from TWILIGHT sequel ECLIPSE - insisting the star showed "a lack of cooperative spirit" by signing up to an "overlapping" film project.
The red head played villainous vampire Victoria in the first film, and will reprise the role in the upcoming sequel New Moon.
Lefevre was "stunned" and "hurt deeply" to learn that producers at Summit Entertainment had decided to replace her for the third movie, Eclipse, handing her part to Bryce Dallas Howard.
Lefevre admits she had signed up to star in another movie, Barney�s Version, and the production slightly overlapped scheduled shooting on Eclipse - but never thought she "would lose the role over a 10 day overlap".
Her comments have infuriated executives at Summit, who have released their own statement to clarify why they dismissed Lefevre.
The producers claim the actress waited over a month to tell them about her plans to star in Barney�s Version - and they could not change the movie schedule to allow her to leave the shoot 10 days early.
The statement reads, "We at Summit Entertainment are disappointed by Rachelle Lefevre�s recent comments which attempt to make her career choices the fault of the studio. Her decision to discuss her version of the scheduling challenges publicly has forced the Studio to set the record straight and correct the facts.
"It was not until July 20th that Summit was first informed of Ms. Lefevreâ��s commitment to Barneyâ��s Version, a commitment we have since been advised she accepted in early June. We feel that her choice to withhold her scheduling conflict information from us can be viewed as a lack of cooperative spirit which affected the entire production.â�� â��Ms. Lefevre took a role in the other film that places her in Europe during the required rehearsal time, and at least ten days of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’s principal photography. This period is essential for both rehearsal time with the cast, and for filming at key locations that are only available during the initial part of production.â��
