  • RIMES ‘SEPARATED FROM HUSBAND FOR MONTHS’

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 2:51 am

LEANN RIMES and her husband DEAN SHEREMET have been living apart as they attempt to salvage their marriage, according to a new report.
The Blue singer/actress’ marriage has been under intense scrutiny for months after she was caught on camera kissing her Northern Lights co-star Eddie Cibrian during an intimate night out in Los Angeles earlier this year (09).
The stars both denied cheating on their respective spouses, but on Tuesday (21Jul09) Cibrian’s wife Brandi Glanville revealed she was taking some time apart from her husband - and suggested there was more to Cibrian and Rimes’ relationship than they had admitted.
Cibrian downplayed Glanville’s revelations just a day later, insisting their marriage had simply hit a "speed bump".
Rimes and dancer Sheremet have repeatedly denied they are seeking a divorce, but the star sparked fresh rumours of a split on Thursday (23Jul09) when she was photographed out in L.A. without her wedding ring.
Now a close friend of Rimes has come forward to reveal the couple, which wed in 2002, has been separated for a while.
The source tells People.com, "Le and Dean have been separated for quite some time now, but they’re continuing to try and work through their relationship."

  • SIMPSON FEARS REVENGE ATTACK BEHIND BARS

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 2:48 am

Incarcerated O.J. SIMPSON is living in fear behind bars because he’s convinced his cellmate is plotting to kill him.
The former American footballer was sentenced to serve at least 15 years in a Nevada prison last December (08) after his conviction for armed robbery relating to a September 2007 sports memorabilia heist.
He is serving his time at Lovelock Correctional Center as he awaits progress on his appeal, but according to the National Enquirer, Simpson is terrified his cellmate is plotting to take revenge on him for the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Simpson-Brown.
The retired sportsman was cleared of killing his ex and her friend Ron Goldman in 1995, but the shamed star is allegedly fearful he will become the target of a revenge attack.
According to the tabloid, Simpson has told pals, "My cellmate is nuts. He’s a killer, and he hates me. He told me that he is in prison for murder and rape, and he hates my guts because I got away with murdering my ex-wife.
"He’s told me he is going to strangle me in my sleep the first chance he gets." Friends of Simpson are worried The Naked Gun star is gradually being driven to insanity and are concerned he will not survive his prison stint.
An insider says, "I think O.J. is finally losing it. If he has to stay in prison for a long time, he won’t make it." Simpson is due back in court on 3 August (09) when a judge will decide whether to grant him bail pending his appeal.
