SIMMONS SWAPS MUSIC FOR MONEY
KISS rocker GENE SIMMONS swapped music for money on Friday (17Jul09) to open the Toronto, Canada stock exchange.
The bassist was the guest of honour at Canada’s financial capital to ring the bell that begins the day’s trading.
Simmons may seem an odd choice for the job, but it’s not the first time he has performed the duty - he rang in New York’s stock exchange on Wall Street back in November (08).
