DINOSAUR JR. ‘TOO LOUD’ ALBUM RECALLED

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 2:51 am

DINOSAUR JR. are asking fans in Europe to return their copies of the rockers’ album FARM - because it is too loud.
The trio - famed for their use of distortion and feedback in their music - are recalling the European version of the CD after a studio glitch caused the volume to be recorded two times louder than the group’s original copy.
A press release reads: "Anyone that has bought a copy of the album with the bar code number 5414939004926, should go to the (record label) PIAS website and will be told how to exchange their copy." The band has offered fans a free ringtone of their single Over It to apologise for the problematic disc.
