CHANDELIER SHINES ON AREND’S PROPOSAL
Actor GEOFFREY AREND made sure he sealed the deal when he proposed to MAD MEN star CHRISTINA HENDRICKS last year (Dec08) - he bought her the restaurant chandelier she’d always dreamed of owning.
Arend admits his bride-to-be let it slip that she had always loved the lighting fixture at a New York restaurant - and he set out to get it for her, so he could propose in style.
The romantic actor says, "I retrieved it from the restaurant. She had wanted that since she saw it when she was 22 years old. And now it’s hanging in our dining room in L.A." The couple plans to wed in October (09) and they’ll honeymoon in Italy.
