  • FELDMAN REGRETS NOT MAKING AMENDS WITH JACKSON

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 2:54 am

LOST BOYS star COREY FELDMAN regrets not making amends with his old pal MICHAEL JACKSON before the King of Pop’s death last week (25Jun09).
The former child star was one of the pop star’s closest pals 10 years ago, but the pair had a public falling out in 2001 and Feldman further distanced himself from Jackson during his child molestation trial in 2005, when he suggested his relationship with the singer may have been inappropriate.
Now, a week after Jackson’s death, Feldman admits he wishes he could have met with his old friend and patched up their differences.
He tells the Los Angeles Times newspaper, "It (Jackson’s death) makes you realise that you really have everything you value in life, and every moment and breath. I really learned it’s a bad idea to let unfinished things go unfinished.
"It’s nice to have closure. It’s unfortunate to me that I will never have that closure."

  • HART’S HEART GOES OUT TO MOVIE TRIPLETS’ MUM

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 2:51 am

HARRY POTTER star IAN HART felt terrible for one young mum on the set of his new film A BOY CALLED DAD - because her triplets were always cold, soaking and in peril.
The unnamed mum agreed to let her babies alternate as the child star of the movie - but Hart feels sure she had no idea what was expected of the tots.
In one scene, his movie son, Kyle Ward, was standing on the edge of a cliff in wind and driving rain - with one of the babies cradled in his arms.
The Backbeat star says, "We did some of that scene with a doll and then we did the rest of the scene with the baby. The mother of the baby was watching it get further and further away from her arms and closer and closer to the edge of a cliff handled by a child, effectively.
"What was going through her mind I don’t know! It was raining and it was wet and slippery… We had rain galore and wind.
"The poor little baby was getting rained on. It was freezing cold and the baby was crying; by take two this little baby was soaked! His little face was covered in water. It was terrible."

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 2:51 am

DIANA ROSS’ actor son EVAN phoned home in tears from the set of new movie LIFE IS HOT IN CRACKTOWN - because playing a violent hoodlum left him exhausted and upset.
Ross’ character Romeo is a thuggish gangster in the gritty new film, and insists he needed support to get through the project.
He explains, "First I called Terrence Howard, who I worked with in Pride, and asked him what he thought, and he told me to follow my instincts with the role, but I didn’t grow up with gangster qualities.
"There is a scene at the end of the movie where I’m yelling and we did the scene so many times. I had to go to the trailer for a second because I couldn’t stop crying and I didn’t feel like I could do it again.
"I left that day and I called my mom because I live alone now and I don’t see her all the time, so I can’t just go home. I called her and I told her I was riled up and I needed to calm myself for a second." And the sage-like soul star gave him advice that he’ll always hold dear: "She was like, ‘Go outside and find light. Go to where the sun is and just breathe.’ She gets worried about me when I get into that dark place."
