MICHAEL JACKSON’s will has been filed in a Los Angeles court and early reports suggest he’s left nothing for his ex-wife DEBBIE ROWE.
In the will, dated 7 July, 2002, the King of Pop leaves his entire estate to a family trust.
The seven-year-old document estimates the Thriller hitmaker was worth over $500 million (£333.3 million) in 2002, but consisted entirely of non-cash and non-liquid assets, including the Sony/ATV music catalogue featuring the songs of the Beatles.
Jackson’s parents, Joe and Katherine Jackson, were initially unaware their son had made arrangements in the event of his death and filed a petition in court on Monday (29Jun09) stating the singer died "intestate", meaning without a will.
Jackson’s former lawyer John Branca has since come forward and presented a copy of the papers to his grieving relatives.
The Jackson family lawyer, L. Londell McMillan, says, "My clients are now aware after filings that a will has been presented. His various advisers are looking for additional documents." Contrary to earlier reports, the will allegedly leaves all Jackson’s assets to the Michael Jackson Family Trust, his mother and his three children - Prince Michael Jr., 12, Paris Michael Katherine, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II. Rowe, the mother of Jackson’s two eldest kids, is not named in the will, according to U.S. TV news network MSNBC.
The will names Branca, John McClain and Barry Siegel as co-executors. McClain is a music industry executive and Siegel was Jackson’s accountant. Siegel resigned from his role as executor in 2003.
The will names the King of Pop’s mother Katherine as the guardian of his children, and longtime friend Diana Ross is named as an alternative guardian, who would take over custody if his mum was unable to.

KIM KARDASHIAN has cleaned out her closet for charity - the reality TV star has listed select items from her wardrobe in a two-week online auction.
The curvy Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has opened Kim’s Closet on eBay.com, an online store featuring several pieces of gently-used clothing and accessories worn by the bombshell.
Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Dream Foundation, which grants wishes to adults battling life-limiting illness.
Kardashian says, �I love to be able to pass along some of my favourite pieces to someone else who will get to enjoy them as much as I have. I even have many items I never had a chance to where yet. A few times a year, I bring my outfits, shoes, and accessories to Auction Cause who puts them on eBay for me.� Final bidding is scheduled to close on 14 July (09).

ANNA PAQUIN has blasted reports she’s engaged to her TRUE BLOOD co-star STEPHEN MOYER.
The pair started dating after finding love shooting the first season of the HBO vampire series.

Boxing champ-turned-politician ALEXIS ARGUELLO has died after shooting himself in the heart, according to reports.
Arguello, nicknamed ‘The Explosive Thin Man’, was a world champion in three weight divisions during his 1980s and 90s heyday. He retired in 1995 with a record of 82 wins and just eight defeats.
After his retirement, Arguello went into politics and was elected mayor of the Nicaraguan capital Managua just last year (08).
Government spokeswoman Rosario Murillo confirmed Arguello was found dead at his home on Wednesday (01Jul09).
Reports suggest the 57 year old shot himself through the heart.
He is already being honoured at the International Boxing Hall of Fame in New York, which inducted him in 1992, where flags were flying at half-staff in his honour on Wednesday.

Actor BILL NIGHY is trading in his pirate’s hat for a magician’s wand - he’s reportedly set to join the cast of HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS.
The Brit starred as Davy Jones alongside Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley in Pirates of the Caribbean franchise’s second and third installments.
But he’s now being linked to the role of Minister of Magic Rufus Scrimgeour for the last movies in the boy wizard series, according to British newspaper The Independent.
If the reports are true, Nighy won’t need to spend too much time in the make-up chair as he already shares some of the character’s features. Scrimgeour is described in the book the film is based on as an "old lion" with bushy eyebrows, tawny hair, yellow eyes and wire-rimmed spectacles.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will hit cinemas in two parts, with the first half of the story due in 2010.

MICHAEL JACKSON’s descent into deadly drug addiction was sparked by a TV documentary in which he spoke about allowing children to sleep in his bed, according to his ex-manager.
Dieter Wiesner was with the superstar on the night British journalist Martin Bashir’s controversial film Living With Michael Jackson was aired in the U.S. in 2003.
He is adamant the show spelt the beginning of the end for Jackson - insisting the singer "died" when the programme was broadcast.
Wiesner tells British tabloid The Sun, "It broke him. It killed him. He took a long time to die, but it started that night.
"Previously the drugs were a crutch, but after that they became a necessity. They got him through his days and insomnia-riddled nights. And the people who gave them knew what they were doing. They should never have been around him.
"He knew I didn’t approve of the painkillers. It wasn’t about easing the pain of plastic surgery - we’re talking drug addiction. He tempered it when I was there, but I knew when I wasn’t, the predators would give him what he wanted, fearing they’d lose their jobs if they didn’t." Wiesner, who managed Jackson from 1996 to 2003, recalls the Thriller singer was once so doped up on prescription medication he could not even lift a fork to feed himself.
And he witnessed heartbreaking moments when the star was so distraught he broke down in tears.
Wiesner adds, "One day he sat down and just started to cry. He had $500 million in the bank and sold the biggest album of all time - I told him he had everything to live for. He said, ‘That’s easy for you to say’. There was an inner melancholy to him."

REVEREND AL SHARPTON paid a moving tribute to his longtime friend MICHAEL JACKSON on Tuesday (30Jun09) - insisting the star paved the way for BARACK OBAMA’s White House triumph.
Thousands of fans lined up at the Apollo Theater in New York on Tuesday to pay their respects to the star, with staff allowing 600 people in at a time.
Theatre bosses chose to honour Jackson, who died last week (25Jun09), because he made several famous appearances at the venue and launched the career of the Jackson 5 there.
Following the event, Sharpton - who has been helping the star’s family arrange his funeral - told of his admiration for the King of Pop, crediting him with smashing down racial prejudice and helping pave the way for the first black U.S. President.
He told U.S. TV host Larry King, "I think that what Michael Jackson and his brothers did in the 70s and 80s is create a comfort level where people of different races and nationalities began to accept, based on people’s skills and work, that they could be like them and admire them and not be intimidated or fearful of doing that across the colour line.
"So the kids that wore the little jackets like Michael Jackson and the pants legs up above the ankle and the hat imitating Michael - the white kids in Iowa, the Asian kids in Japan - these are the kids that grew up and voted for Obama, because race, to them, was different… These are the kids that cheered for Tiger Woods. You’ve got to give the Jacksons and Michael credit that they created a comfort level that, I think, grew and grew to where we are now."

Actress TIPPI HEDREN is urging MICHAEL JACKSON fans to honour the star by helping the exotic animals she rescued from his Neverland ranch.
The Birds star adopted the King of Pop’s two tigers, Thriller and Sabu, when Jackson was forced to give up the private zoo at his Santa Barbara estate in 2005.
Hedren has been looking after the creatures at her animal sanctuary, the Los Angeles Shambala Preserve, which is home to 68 tigers, lions and other big cats who have retired from the entertainment industry or are unwanted pets.
Hedren admits she informed Jackson’s former pets about the star’s tragic death last week (25Jun09).
She says, "I went up and sat with them for a while and let them know that Michael was gone. You don’t know what mental telepathy exists from the human to the animal. But I hope they understood." She’s hoping Jackson fans will mourn the superstar by donating to her organisation and joining her campaign to bring in a law banning big cats being kept as pets.
According to Hedren, nearly 600 people have been killed or permanently maimed by captive big cats in America in the last five years.
She says, "You’re taking an apex predator and saying, ‘Let’s make a pet out of him.’ It’s insanity. We’re hoping very much that people will wake up and say, of course, it’s nonsense to keep these animals as pets." Other animals from Jackson’s private zoo have been separated amongst sanctuaries and individuals since the star’s financial problems forced him to close his zoo.
The star’s most famed pet - chimpanzee Bubbles - is living at the Center for Great Apes in Florida, with sanctuary bosses there also urging fans for support.

GUY RITCHIE has reportedly lined up JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE to star in a remake of GUYS AND DOLLS.
The director is said to have roped in movie hardman Jason Statham to show off his vocal talents in a reworking of the classic musical.

SIR CLIFF RICHARD has been ordered to bulldoze down his beloved $45,000 (£30,000) conservatory - because he built it without planning permission.
The legendary British singer was so pleased with the extension at his Surrey, U.K. property that he wrote a letter of thanks to the company that constructed it three years ago.
But the star has been left devastated after the local council’s planning committee ruled it should never have been erected in the first place.
Initially, Richard was reportedly told official authorisation would not be required - but he later applied for retrospective planning permission at the $4.9 million (£3 million) mansion.
But the committee insisted the conservatory is a "disproportionate addition" to the original building and that the floor area shouldn’t have extended more than 30 per cent.
Richard is due to meet with building chiefs on Wednesday (01Jul09) to discuss the decision.

The hip-hop star included the digits, which are not listed in the British telephone directory, on his hit track Kiss Me Thru The Phone.
Ever since the song was released in the U.K. in May (09), a couple from Lancashire, England, has received around 60 calls a day from fans hoping to speak to the star.
If Soulja Boy’s followers had dialled the featured number with the American dialling code in front then they would have been put through to a recorded message from the singer.

The urban music magazine launched by superproducer QUINCY JONES has shut down after a dramatic fall in sales.
Vibe magazine, founded by Jones in 1993, has ceased production following a tough few months for print publications.
The magazine focused on hip-hop stars, their music and personal lives.
Editor Danyel Smith announced the news on Tuesday (30Jun09), but insists there will be a Michael Jackson tribute edition before the publication closes for good.
Smith says in a statement, "On behalf of the Vibe Content staff (the best in this business), it is with great sadness, and with heads held high, that we leave the building today.
"We were assigning and editing a Michael Jackson tribute issue when we got the news. It’s a tragic week in overall (sic), but as the doors of VIBE Media Group close, on the eve of the magazine’s sixteenth anniversary, it’s a sad day for music, for hip-hop in particular, and for the millions of readers and users who have loved and who continue to love the VIBE brand. We thank you, we have served you with joy, pride and excellence, and we will miss you."

COURTNEY LOVE has been diagnosed with malnutrition - and blames the stress of her ongoing fraud case for her dramatic weight loss.
The former Hole frontwoman sparked fears for her health after she was pictured looking skinny in recent months.
And she admits she has a real problem with her weight after doctors diagnosed her with malnutrition last month (Jun09).
Love tells Britain’s Grazia magazine, "I know I’ve got too skinny. I know those pictures of me are going everywhere. I know I need to sort it out.
"I thought I was like 130 pounds (59.1 kilograms), but I’m 118 pounds (53.6 kilograms) and I’m five feet 10 inches, that’s not good for someone my height. I need to start working out again." And Love blames her frail frame on her legal battle with American Express. She has been accused of racking up a $350,000 (£233,333) bill on her credit card and the company’s chiefs have filed suit against the star in a bid to reclaim the money.
The 44 year old insists she didn’t spend the cash and has hired a private detective to track down the fraudsters.
Love says, "It’s the stress - you have no idea what it has been like these last few months. I need to get to the bottom of this fraud, I need answers. I’ve had to escape Los Angeles, I can’t cope there anymore." But the rocker is adamant she will recover - and denies she has body dysmorphia, an obsession with an imaginary physical defect.
She adds, "I’m drinking high-calorie shake and almond milk, whey protein and coconut and I just ate a whole croissant. I am eating now! I am going to put on 15lbs (6.8 kilograms) in one month. I do not have body dysmorphia. Seriously, I want to get fatter. You know when I was 192 pounds (87.3 kilograms), I thought I looked hot! I’m serious about putting on weight."

SIMON COWELL’s ex-girlfriend TERRI SEYMOUR is pleading with her former beau to cut back on his workload - insisting he is too old to maintain his hectic schedule.
