Armstrong tells Spinner.com, "I do watch American Idol. That kid that’s on there - Adam (Lambert) - hitting those high notes? Pretty bada**, man.
â��And for shameful, guilty, torturous pleasure is Rock of Love with Bret Michaels.â�� But Armstrong insists he would never appear on a show himself: "There are two things I would never do: One is I’ll never do my own reality TV show, and two is I’ll never watch Titanic. I live in Oakland (California), not Hollywood.â��

DREW BARRYMORE has played down speculation she’s reunited with ex-boyfriend JUSTIN LONG, insisting they are "dear friends" who "just adore" one another.
The Hollywood star split from the actor last July (08) after a year-long romance.
The couple has been spotted out together on numerous occasions in recent months, with Long joining his former belle on the red carpet for the New York premiere of Barrymore’s new TV movie Grey Gardens on Tuesday (14Apr09) - prompting reports they had rekindled their love.
But, during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Barrymore brushed off rumours she’s back together with her He’s Just Not That Into You co-star - although she admits their close friendship is "confusing".
The actress, who will reteam with Long on film for the forthcoming Going the Distance, says, "We’re good friends, and we’re doing a film this summer and I think it’s very confusing.
"Yes, he was at the premiere in New York. We’re dear friends. I guess people find it a little confusing. I totally understand. It seems like, ‘What is the deal with them?’, but we just adore each other. We’re in each other’s lives, and we’re friends, and we’re working together, and we have worked together." When DeGeneres further quizzed her about whether they are dating other people, Barrymore clarified, "We’re just friends, so we are free to do whatever we want.
"I just hope that (any of Long’s future girlfriends) are fantastic people, because he’s a great guy and he deserves the most happiness."

Rapper FLESH-N-BONE will spend another weekend in jail after his court hearing to face charges of gun possession was postponed until next week (20Apr09).
The Bone Thugs-N-Harmony star, real name Stanley Howse, was charged by California cops after he was stopped in Santa Clarita on 2 April (09) for a broken brake light.
The MC is currently on parole for an earlier probation violation and the stop prompted police to search his Canyon Country home, resulting in the discovery of the gun.
Howse has pleaded not guilty to the felony count and claims the weapon belongs to his wife, an officer with the Chicago, Illinois police force.
He was due in court on Thursday (16Apr09) for a preliminary hearing, but the case was pushed back after Howse’s attorney presented new information that required further investigation.
But the delay means Howse has to remain behind bars at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles until Monday, when he will appear before a Superior Court judge.

Rap mogul SEAN ‘DIDDY’ COMBS has fired AUNDREA FIMBRES from his troubled girl group DANITY KANE - leaving singer DAWN RICHARD as the only surviving member.
The Damaged hitmakers, which Diddy put together for his reality TV series Making The Band, fell apart in January (09) after the shock departures of Aubrey O’Day, D. Woods and Shannon Bex last year (08).
Remaining stars Richard and Fimbres insisted they would try to "pick up the pieces" of the fractured group - but it appears there’s no future for Danity Kane after Combs dismissed the bubbly brunette from the band in this week’s episode of the MTV show.
In the footage, aired in the U.S. on Thursday night (16Apr09), Diddy tells Fimbres, "You’re a great person, you’re a great girl, but if I did another group, I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing a group with you. I’ve given (it) a lot of thought and I’m gonna let you out (of) your (recording) contract too." However, Diddy is intent on keeping Richard on his roster at Bad Boy Records - although he blames the bandmembers’ own behaviour for prompting his decision: "As far as for you Dawn, I still want to make music with you. I still want you to be signed to the label. And if I decide to put back together Danity Kane, then you’ll be the only member that’d still be there. This isn’t a decision I wanted to make. To be honest, y’all girls made this decision for me." And Diddy has apologised to fans for his decision. He writes on his Twitter.com blog, "To all the Danity Kane fans - I truly am sorry. I really did my best. I’m looking fwd (forward) 2 (sic) making another female band! Thank u 4 all ur (sic) support!!! "At the end of the day I just want people to be happy… if Danity Kane couldn’t be happy together, I’d rather they be happy apart. All love!!!"

TOKIO HOTEL rocker TOM KAULITZ is at the centre of a police investigation after a female fan accused the star of punching her in the face at a petrol station in Germany.
The guitarist, 19, is alleged to have assaulted the unnamed 21 year old devotee following a heated argument in Hamburg.
According to Bild.de, the woman spotted Kaulitz - whose twin brother is band frontman Bill - as he sat in his car on the garage’s forecourt and approached him to request a photograph.
But, in CCTV footage captured of the incident, when the star saw the fan, he winds down the car window and appears to throw a lit cigarette at her. She picks up the cigarette butt and stubs it out on the glass, prompting Kaulitz to get out of the car and seemingly strike the woman, leaving her with a black eye.
Police were called to the scene but Kaulitz had already fled by the time cops arrived to question the pair.

Former FUGEES rapper PRAS MICHEL almost lost his life last week (ends10Apr09) after he was caught up in the kidnapping of a U.S. sea captain by Somali pirates.
The Ghetto Superstar hitmaker took an interest in the problem of piracy off the African coast last summer (08) and decided to make a documentary about the subject.
And he was left fearing for his safety after finding himself in the midst of gunfire when buccaneers invaded the Maersk Alabama cargo ship and took Captain Richard Phillips hostage.
Michel, who immediately relocated to Ethiopia after the terrifying incident, tells CNN, "We were there last week when the captain got captured. We were supposed to actually meet with a couple of the pirates, but the capture happened so we had to retreat… There’s a big anti-American sentiment going on (among the pirates) right now." Phillips was imprisoned for five days before being rescued by Navy snipers on Sunday (12Apr09).
However, the kidnapping has not put Michel off plans to meet with the pirates - and in a post on his Twitter.com page on Wednesday (15Apr09), he revealed he was returning to Somalia to talk to the dissidents.
Calling for fans to pray for him, he wrote on the blog, "I’ll try to keep all of you posted in Somalia if I dont get back here in at least three days then know something went down, but hopefully all your prayers will guide me down to the gateway of hell. …We’re supposed to go on one of the ships tomorrow!! It’s on!!"

The actor admits he spends days on end glued to the screen playing war games on his Xbox, ruining the muscles and tendons in his hand.

Six years after she immortalised a Tokyo, Japan hotel in LOST IN TRANSLATION, director SOFIA COPPOLA is checking in again for a new movie based on Hollywood’s infamous Chateau Marmont.
Steven Dorff has signed to star as a famous actor, living in the hotel, who is forced to raise his 11-year-old daughter when she appears in his life.
Dakota Fanning’s sister Elle is in talks to play Dorff’s daughter.
According to Daily Variety, Coppola has been given permission to shoot the movie in the Sunset Boulevard hotel.
The Chateau Marmont has been home to a number of Hollywood legends; comedian John Belushi died from a drug overdose during a 1982 stay there, and it was the location of Lindsay Lohan’s recent bust-up with ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
Coppola set Lost in Translation almost entirely in Tokyo’s Hyatt Hotel, focusing on an ageing American actor’s (Bill Murray) relationship with the young wife of a photographer (Scarlett Johansson).

Former supermodel JANICE DICKINSON is facing legal action from her bank after allegedly defaulting on a $275,000 (£184,560) loan.
The star is being sued by City National Bank officials, who claim Dickinson borrowed the money last September (08) and failed to pay back the first installment of $45,833.33 (£30,760.62) when it was due in November (08).
They filed suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday (16Apr09) and are seeking compensation plus interest, reports TMZ.com.
A spokesperson for Dickinson had yet to return requests for a comment as WENN went to press.

Actress ELISHA CUTHBERT is lucky to be alive after she was hit by a car in New York.
The 24 star credits the training she underwent to star as Kim Bauer in the action show with helping her leap to safety when the speeding driver careered into her during a recent night out.
She reveals, "I went for dinner and I’m walking to the subway and I get hit by a car.
"I have this sort of Kim Bauer reaction. I thought, I can either try and outrun it; I can freeze like a deer in the headlights and break both my knees; or I can jump onto the vehicle and propel myself into the entire intersection, so I did the last one and landed with my purse intact." Cuthbert credits three local guys with chasing down the car and restraining the dangerous driver until the cops arrived.
She adds, "There were three guys there who grabbed the guy and wouldn’t let him get away." And the actress escaped with just a bad bruise in an embarrassing spot: "I had a nice bruise on my buttocks. It makes you realise. Life can end very quickly."

The singer returned to St. Lucia in March (09), just 33 days after leaving the idyllic island following a three-month sunshine break.

A source tells the website, "Amy has been letting her hair down on the island and is enjoying being single. She instantly clicked with Junior and is just having a bit of fun. It’s very early days but she loves spending time with him.
"They were snuggling into each other as they walked around the villa, taking in the spectacular views. It is in a very secluded area, with four bedrooms and a huge swimming pool.

NICOLE RICHIE’s ex-fiance ADAM ‘DJ AM’ GOLDSTEIN has been handed his own reality TV show helping young addicts overcome their drug problems.
The star - who survived a plane crash with rocker Travis Barker last year (08) - has teamed up with broadcast network MTV to create the show, tentatively titled Gone Too Far.
Cameras will follow Goldstein, who has battled substance abuse in the past, as he attempts to rehabilitate people suffering from drug addiction, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The rock legend insists he had no exposure to other musicians in his youth, so he had to draw ideas from the travelling performers who passed through his Minnesota hometown.

KEIRA KNIGHTLEY is struggling to find balance in her life - because she doesn’t know whether to concentrate on romance or her career.
The actress has dated fellow Brit Rupert Friend for more than four years, but admits she finds it hard to commit to a man because of her movie career.

British comedian SACHA BARON COHEN has incurred the wrath of a U.S. politician - after tricking the congressman into appearing in his new movie BRUNO.
Ron Paul, who was Republican candidate for the 2008 presidential election, was left fuming last summer (08) when the funnyman conned him into a seduction scene with his gay fashion journalist character, Bruno.
Texas congressman Paul admits the star lured him into an interview by claiming to be be a financial reporter, and then disrobed in front of the startled politician.
He only went public with his outrage this week (beg13Apr09) after seeing himself featured in a trailer for the upcoming film.
Paul tells America’s ABC radio, "We were in a studio situation, I wasn’t invited into a hotel room. There were lots of lights and blaze and commotion and they said we better get in this back room which had been fixed up as a bedroom.
"So there was some dishonesty getting me into the interview, I was expecting an interview on Austrian economics. That didn’t turn out that way.
"By the time he (Cohen) started pulling his pants down, I was like ‘What on earth is going on here?’ and I ran out of the room. This interview had ended. I don’t like the way he lies his way into interviews. That to me is fraud." It is not the first time Cohen has come under fire for his movie antics. The actor and movie bosses were threatened with legal action from disgruntled members of the public who alleged they were manipulated into participating in 2006 hit Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan.
Bruno is set for release this summer (09).

The four men behind music downloading site THE PIRATE BAY have been jailed after they were found guilty of breaching copyright laws.
Frederik Neij, Gottfrid Svartholm Warg, Carl Lundstrom and Peter Sunde were convicted at a court in Sweden on Friday (17Apr09), and sentenced to a year in prison.
They were also ordered to pay $3.48 million (£2.4 million) in damages to a number of entertainment companies, including Warner Bros, Sony Music Entertainment, EMI, and Columbia Pictures, whose executives accused the file-sharing site of facilitating illegal downloads.
The four men denied the charges throughout the trial, claiming that because they did not actually host any files, they were not doing anything wrong.
John Kennedy, president of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI), says, "These guys weren’t making a principled stand, they were out to line their own pockets. There was nothing meritorious about their behaviour, it was reprehensible.
"The Pirate Bay did immense harm and the damages awarded doesn’t even get close to compensation, but we never claimed it did.
"There has been a perception that piracy is OK and that the music industry should just have to accept it. This verdict will change that." The four plan to appeal against their conviction.

Rockers FALL OUT BOY are reportedly scouting for a new venue for an upcoming gig in Boca Raton, Florida - after they were banned from performing in the city.
The group was due to play at the Centre for the Arts at Mizner Park Amphitheater on Tuesday night (21Apr09) as part of the ongoing Believers Never Die Tour, featuring bands including All Time Low, Cobra Starship and Metro Station.
But bassist Pete Wentz has sparked rumours the show may be cancelled after taking to his Twitter.com internet page to warn fans the group has been "banned" from performing there.
He writes, "Attention those going 2 (sic) Boca Raton show. The city has currently banned the Believers Never Die tour from coming. Working on a new venue." And although Wentz can’t explain why the Dance, Dance hitmakers are not allowed to perform, he promises they are doing their best to make sure the show goes ahead.
He adds, "We will make it there come hell or high water (no info on why we have been banned). There will be a show somehow."

BILLY RAY CYRUS is fuming after JAMIE FOXX urged his superstar daughter MILEY to "make a sex tape… do some heroin… and become a lesbian", dubbing the Oscar winner’s comments "hurtful".
Foxx has apologised for the remarks made on his Foxxhole radio show last weekend (11-12Apr09), insisting he made the joke as a comedian.
He said, "There was a situation with Miley Cyrus, and I just want to say, I apologise for what I said. I didn’t mean it maliciously. You know I’m a comedian. You know my heart. Miley, I apologise, so I’ll call you. I got a daughter too, so I completely understand." But Cyrus Senior isn’t taking the comments about 16 year old Miley lightly and is disgusted by the Ray actor’s behaviour.
The country star complains, "It was hurtful. There wasn’t nothing (sic) funny about it. And, quite frankly, I think if I said those things about his daughter, he might not find it so comedic."
