Actress KATE WALSH has launched a new battle with estranged husband ALEX YOUNG, in a bid to avoid paying him alimony.
The couple split last year (08) after just 12 months of marriage and is currently going through divorce proceedings.
The Private Practice star’s lawyers filed documents at Los Angeles’ Superior Court of California on Monday (13Apr09) asking that Young be blocked from claiming alimony.
Walsh has also asked the court to give her more time to evaluate all her assets, pending the divorce settlement, reports TMZ.com.
