PINK and CAREY HART are reportedly planning to renew their marriage vows - 14 months after they separated.
Friends claim the once-estranged couple, who split after two years of marriage, are secretly organising a low-key sunset ceremony at their home in Malibu, California.
A source tells In Touch magazine, "It will take place in early summer and will be very simple and small, with just their family and a few close friends." The insider insists it took the couple time apart to realise how much they loved each other: "They’ve always had a bond, but they needed time apart to realise that they wanted to continue their marriage." Action sports star Hart recently revealed he and Pink had reconciled, stating, "We’re rebuilding. Sometimes you have to take a couple of steps backwards to move forward. We’re definitely putting in work."

Troubled hip-hop producer SCOTT STORCH has pleaded not guilty to motor vehicle theft after allegedly failing to return a leased Bentley on time.
The Miami, Florida-based beatmaker reportedly sent executives at a local car leasing company on a seven-month search for the luxury vehicle after the lease expired and he failed to hand over the keys.
According to TMZ.com, Storch, who has put together hits for artists including Dr. Dre and The Game, entered his plea in Florida’s Broward County Court on Friday (10Apr09).
It’s the latest in a long line of legal troubles for the star - last summer (08), Storch was reported to owe over $500,000 (£337,830) in late property taxes, and a warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to show up to court in relation to missed child support payments. His attorney has since blamed his monetary problems on a "mismanagement" of his finances.

British move producer PETER ROGERS has died. He was 95.
Rogers, who produced the Carry On film series, died at his home in Buckinghamshire, southern England, on Tuesday (14Apr09) following a short illness, according to his Pinewood Studio bosses. No further details of his death were made available as WENN went to press.
Rogers, who worked at Pinewood for 50 years, debuted the first of 31 films for the iconic British comedy series in 1958.
Studio executive Ivan Dunleavy issued a statement announcing Rogers’ death on Wednesday (15Apr09): "We were saddened to learn of Peter Rogers’ passing. Peter was an institution at the studios. As a prolific film producer, he worked at Pinewood Studios since the 1960s.
"The Carry On films, for which he was most well known… were enjoyed by millions internationally and will always remain a part of modern British culture." Before working on the slapstick series, Rogers helped create a series of films, including 1953’s The Dog and the Diamonds, which picked up an award at the Venice Film Festival.
His achievements in film were also recognised at the 1990 British Comedy Awards and by the London Critics’ Circle in 1996.
Rogers was married to British film producer, Betty Box, who died in 1999.

DAVID DUCHOVNY and TEA LEONI’s marriage is back on - and the couple has sealed their love with matching wedding ring tattoos.
The pair announced the end of its 11-year marriage back in October (08), after Duchovny underwent a spell in rehab to treat sex addiction.
But the actors have since worked out their differences and sealed their reunion with a March (09) vacation on the Caribbean island of Mustique - and matching tattoos on their ring fingers.
Duchovny explains to Star magazine, "I hate wearing the metal because I bang it everywhere and hurt myself. We made a compromise and I said, ‘If I get a tattoo, can I take the ring off?’ She liked it and went out and got one for herself." But Duchovny is refusing to explain what the tattoo means: "It’s a phrase we say to each other but I don’t actually tell anybody. It’s AYSF. It stands for something."

Wrestling legend HULK HOGAN has risked causing a storm - by launching into a bizarre rant about his marriage split and insisting he was tempted to attack his wife "like O.J.".
The star, real name Terry Bollea, is currently going through a bitter divorce from estranged wife Linda, which has forced him to move out of his luxury mansion in Florida.
And in a shocking interview with Rolling Stone magazine, he compares himself to fallen American football idol O.J. Simpson, who was cleared of murdering his ex-wife Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman in 1994.
Hogan says he is furious Linda is allegedly dating "some shaggy-haired pool boy 30 years her junior", adding: "I could have turned everything into a crime scene, like OJ, cutting everybody’s throat.
"You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can’t go to anymore, you’re driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife… I totally understand O.J. I get it."

MISCHA BARTON enjoys taking risks when looking for romance - she loves dating moody men.
The former The O.C. actress admits she likes potential suitors to have a "dark side" - as long as they are a bit geeky too.

Barton tells Hello! magazine, "I tend to be attracted to slightly dark men, meaning they have huge lows, which I can too. I am dating in a general sense… nothing exclusive. I am enjoying myself.

The lawyer BRITNEY SPEARS allegedly hired to fight her conservatorship case has demanded the star take the stand in a Los Angeles court to justify the restraining order against him.
Spears reportedly employed Jon Eardley to represent her in the legal battle over the control of her affairs last year (08), but L.A. court officials refused to recognise him as her attorney - insisting only her father Jamie and court-appointed observer Andrew Wallet had the power to hire a lawyer.
Jamie Spears subsequently obtained a restraining order against Eardley, accusing him of attempting to sabotage the conservatorship.
The order is currently up for review and Eardley has filed court papers asking for Spears to testify at the hearing.
And Eardley is adamant that if Spears is in Los Angeles later this week (17&18Apr09) to perform as part of her Circus tour, she should be considered well enough to give evidence at Los Angeles Superior Court.
The papers, obtained by E! Online, state, "If Britney Spears is well enough to put on two concerts in Los Angeles, she is certainly well enough to attend a trial where attorneys on her behalf have falsely accused Jon Eardley of harassment." Eardley’s legal team is demanding Spears addresses two issues - whether or not she authorised him to take legal action to block the conservatorship, and whether he caused her "substantial emotional distress", as claimed by her conservators.
And lawyers have requested the star submit to an oral deposition "at a location of her choosing" to answer their questions.
The case - which will also decide whether to extend restraining orders against Spears’ former manager/companion Sam Lutfi and ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib - is set to conclude on 21 April (09).

BRITNEY SPEARS is baffled and bemused by a property millionaire’s bizarre claims he’s engaged to the pop superstar.
Just weeks after the supposedly-single singer was romantically linked with a dancer on her Circus comeback tour, 40-year-old land developer John Sundahl claims he has been dating Spears on and off since they met in rehab in 2007, and the pair is planning a spring (09) wedding in Germany.
The story originates from an interview Sundahl’s personal pilot Lance Chase gave to the National Enquirer.
Chase told the tabloid, "Britney and John used to date, but they reconnected after her show in New Jersey, and now they’re engaged. He got down on one knee in a Subway sandwich shop in Santa Monica (California) a week ago and proposed with a $4.5 million (£3 million) marquise-cut diamond. They plan on getting married at his aunt’s farm in Germany in six weeks." When approached by the New York Daily News to verify the story, Sundahl backed it up, saying, "Britney doesn’t want to do anything until the tour is over. She wants press for her tour and not for an engagement." But the wedding plans are news to Spears, who divorced second husband Kevin Federline in 2007.
Ridiculing Sundahl’s claims, her representative tells the newspaper, "Britney is not engaged. She did not get proposed to at Subway - she is currently on tour - she is not getting married on a farm in Germany. Oh, and she has not been abducted by aliens."

EMINEM has credited fellow rappers LIL WAYNE and T.I. with rescuing hip-hop - by saving the genre from going "downhill".
The Stan hitmaker is back on the music scene with his new album, Relapse, due next month (May09) following a five-year recording hiatus.
He is convinced rap music took a turn for the worse while he was away - but praises his hip-hop contemporaries, including Lil Wayne and T.I., for bringing a creative new sound to the industry.
He tells XXL magazine, "I stayed up on the music, and obviously I watch TV and saw what was going on. And without naming any names, it just felt like hip-hop was going downhill. And it seemed like kinda fast.
"It was like everybody just cares about the hook and the beat; nobody really cares about substance.
"Things are looking a lot better now. You can appreciate Lil Wayne using different words to rhyme and actually rhyming words that you know. Or T.I., where you hear s**t and you’re like, ‘Whoa, ah, I wish I would have thought of that!’ You know what I mean? Or you hear all the compound-syllable rhyming and all that.
“It just seems like now the craft is getting cared about more."

SIR ELTON JOHN, actress ANGELA LANSBURY and Tony-winning playwright ARTHUR LAURENTS will receive special recognition next month (May09) for their contributions to Broadway.
The trio will be honoured at the 75th Annual Drama League Awards, hosted by Jeremy Irons and Cynthia Nixon.
The ceremony honours stars’ achievements in theatre, musical theatre and directing in Broadway and Off-Broadway productions.
John, who wrote the music for New York productions of Billy Elliot and The Lion King, will be celebrated for his achievements in musical theatre.
Lansbury, currently appearing in the Broadway revival of Blithe Spirit, will be recognised for her unique contribution to theatre while writer/director Laurents, the man behind the recent revivals of West Side Story and Gypsy, will receive the Julia Hansen Award for directing.
The honours will be handed out at the Annual Awards Luncheon in New York on 15 May (09).

On/off couple TRAVIS BARKER and SHANNA MOAKLER are still living together at the rocker’s California home, despite splitting again last month (Mar09).

However, the former couple - who share son Landon, five, and daughter Alabama, three - has decided to continue living together and play happy families.

The woman BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN is alleged to have cheated with has failed in her bid to have the records of her divorce proceedings sealed from the public.
Arthur Kelly claims his wife Ann had a long-running affair with the Born In The U.S.A. hitmaker and slept with him "at various times and places too numerous to mention", a claim his estranged wife denies.
Ann Kelly, 44, appeared in New Jersey’s Ocean County Family Court in Toms River on Tuesday (14Apr09), arguing that the media attention surrounding Springsteen’s involvement in the case was causing harm to the couple’s two children.
Springsteen, who has been married to Patti Scialfa for 17 years, was never mentioned during the hearing. He has denied Arthur Kelly’s allegations.
Judge Patricia Roe ruled that the state’s "strong policy" for open public records supersedes efforts to avoid public embarrassment, despite Springsteen’s name throwing the case into the spotlight.
Roe told the court: "The family court is not unique in presiding over cases that involve enormous personal embarrassment. Openness is the norm, it is not the exception."

GOSSIP GIRL star BLAKE LIVELY is self-conscious about her height - and fears men find her towering stature intimidating.
The 21-year-old actress stands five foot ten inches (1.6 metres) tall and is made to wear high heels while she films the glamorous teen drama.
And Lively admits her lofty stature has always made her feel unattractive.

BILLY JOEL’s wife KATIE LEE has slammed reports she had an affair with Israeli designer YIGAL AZROUEL, branding the false rumours "mean-spirited".
Chef Lee sparked claims of infidelity after she and Azrouel were photographed dancing intimately during a night out late last month (26Mar09).
But the 27 year old, who wed rocker Joel in 2004, is appalled by the idea she’s cheating and took to her Twitter.com page to voice her disapproval at the "mean-spirited and untrue" allegations.
Her representative has also denied the claims, telling Us Weekly magazine, "They’ve just been friends - purely platonic." And the spokesperson has moved to clear up any reports suggesting Lee has been feuding with Joel over her desire to start a family.
Joel, who has a grown up daughter from his relationship with supermodel Christie Brinkley, is allegedly against the idea of having another child at the age of 59, but the rep insists, "There is no issue over babies."

Director MCG is breaking away from the action genre to bring hit Broadway musical SPRING AWAKENING to the big screen.
The filmmaker behind Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle and the forthcoming Terminator: Salvation is in talks to direct and produce the controversial rock opera, about a group of schoolboys in 19th century Germany who are discovering their sexuality.
The Tony Award-winning production is based on Frank Wedekind’s 1891 play and covers topics including masturbation, rape, abortion and suicide.

DAN AYKROYD has vowed to persuade SIGOURNEY WEAVER to sign on to the new GHOSTBUSTERS movie.
All of the other original castmembers from the cult 1980s films - including Bill Murray, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson - have all reportedly signed up for the sequel.
But it was feared Weaver - who starred in the first two films - would be unwilling to reprise her role as Dana Barrett.
And Aykroyd, who co-wrote and starred in the originals, is sure he will be able to bring Weaver back for the highly-anticipated third installment.
He tells MTV.com, "When we do the Ghostbusters 3 movie, hopefully, Sigourney will be in it. I know we’ll make that happen." But the comedian is determined not to give away too many details about the new film.
He adds, "There will be a whole new generation that has to be trained. They’ll be lots of cadets, boys and girls, who’ll be learning how to use the psychotron, the accelerators and all the new stuff. And that whole new generation will be led by an individual who you’ll all love when you meet him but I’m not going to tell you anything yet. " Ghostbusters 3 is scheduled to hit cinemas in 2011.

PRIVATE PRACTICE star KATE WALSH has filed legal papers in a bid to stop a court awarding her estranged husband alimony payments in their ongoing divorce battle.
The actress wed Alex Young in September 2007 after a brief engagement, but they announced their marriage was over in December (08).
Young filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, while Walsh counterfiled two weeks later claiming the relationship ended five days earlier than the date Young listed.
And now the star has gone one step further, filing new paperwork at the Superior Court of California in L.A. on Monday (13Apr09) in a bid to stop Young receiving any spousal support payments from her.
Walsh also asks the court to give her legal team more time to evaluate her property assets, according to ETonline.com.
The pair married in September 2007 in front of more than 100 guests, including several of Walsh’s former Grey’s Anatomy co-stars.
