KEACH SUFFERS A STROKE

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 2:57 am

Actor STACY KEACH has suffered a stroke, according to his representatives.
The TV and stage star was hospitalised in Los Angeles on Tuesday (17Mar09) for an unknown medical complaint while on tour with hit play Frost/Nixon in the U.S., and now his aides have confirmed the 67-year-old Mike Hammer star experienced a mild stroke.
His spokesman Dick Guttman insists Keach is in a "stable condition" and reps for the actor reveal he has suffered "no impairment whatsoever" of his motor or speech abilities from the stroke.
A source says, "He remains in hospital for observation and routine precautionary procedures. The producers of Frost/Nixon look forward to his speedy recovery and to his return to the show as soon as he is able." Keach was playing former President Richard Nixon in the touring play.
