Enraged CHRIS BROWN allegedly punched girlfriend RIHANNA and bit her ear and fingers as he drove during a high-speed row on 8 February (09), according to a search warrant and affidavit obtained by a U.S. news show.
Identified as Robyn F, Rihanna reportedly fell victim to her boyfriend’s rage after discovering a three-page text message from Brown’s unnamed ex-lover.
The police report, obtained by Entertainment Tonight, reveals the couple engaged in a verbal argument that quickly escalated into an alleged attack by Brown, who is preparing for an arraignment hearing in Los Angeles as WENN goes to press.
The Kiss Kiss singer is said to have pulled his rented car over and attempt to push his passenger out, causing her injury as she struck the window.
The document goes on to say that Brown repeatedly punched Robyn F in the face with his right hand, while continuing to drive and steer the wheel of his car with his left hand.
He then threatened her life, stating, "I’m going to beat the s**t out of you when we get home! You wait and see," according to the report obtained by the news programme.
The document suggests Robyn F then placed a call to her personal assistant and pretended to reveal what happened, prompting Brown to protest, "You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I’m really going to kill you!" The report goes on to say that Brown repeatedly punched Robyn F. while he drove, bit into her ear and her fingers, held her in a head lock and applied pressure to arteries in her neck, making Robyn F. "unable to breathe" and begin to "lose consciousness".
The passenger tried to fight back and also attempted to stop Brown from driving recklessly, even pulling out the car’s key from the ignition and sitting on it.
According to the document, the passenger began screaming for help, at which point Brown got out of the car and walked away as a bystander called the police.
Brown was arrested and charged with making criminal threats. He faces four years behind bars.

ROBIN WILLIAMS has postponed the remainder of his comedy tour so he can undergo heart surgery.
Concerns were raised about Williams’ health on Wednesday (04Mar09) when he was ordered by doctors to take a week of rest after complaining of shortness of breath.
Reports on Thursday (05Mar09) suggested the comedy actor has been admitted to a Miami, Florida hospital to undergo tests, prompting his spokesperson to confirm Williams is putting work on hold to be treated for a heart condition.
The representative reveals he will "undergo surgery for an aortic valve replacement".
A statement from 57-year-old Williams himself adds, "I’m so touched by everyone’s support and well wishes. This tour has been amazing fun and I can’t wait to get back out on the road after a little tune-up." Williams has been on the Broadway-bound 80-city tour since September (08) and has played shows in 11 cities over the past three weeks.
His spokesperson insists he plans to be back onstage in the autumn.

The music of the BEATLES is coming to a video game player near you - SIR PAUL McCARTNEY, RINGO STARR and the widows of their bandmates have given the brains behind the ROCK BAND phenomenon permission to use their music for the first time.
The Beatles: Rock Band will hit stores around the world in September (09), and will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii.
The game will come with a limited number of instruments issued that are modelled after guitars, basses and drums used by John Lennon, McCartney, George Harrison and Starr.
The project is being overseen by Giles Martin, the son of legendary Beatles producer Sir George Martin.
The Beatles’ Apple Corps CEO Jeff Jones says, "This game will take you on a journey from the Beatles first album Please Please Me until the last album at Abbey Road." McCartney adds, "I like people having the opportunity to get to know the music from the inside out."

India’s ruling Congress party officials have bought the rights to A. R. RAHMAN’s Oscar-winning song JAI HO so they can use the SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE tune as a political anthem.
The song will be used during the run-up to and during India’s general election in May (09).
Rahman’s stirring tune, whose title is Hindi for Let There Be Victory, will be played during rallies in rural towns and villages.

Drummer ANDY BURROWS has quit British rockers RAZORLIGHT, citing "personal reasons".
Burrows failed to show for Razorlight’s U.K. show in Wolverhampton on Monday (02Mar09) and had to be replaced by David ‘Skully’ Sullivan-Kaplan.
And now the drummer has confirmed he is walking away from bandmates Johnny Burrell, Carl Dalemo and Bjorn Agren to focus on other projects, reports NME.com.
He says, "The past five years in Razorlight have been an amazing experience. I am very proud of everything that myself, Johnny, Carl, and Bjorn have achieved together, but for personal reasons I have decided to leave the band. I will be pursuing other musical ventures."

Rocker TRAVIS BARKER and SHANNA MOAKLER are planning to wed again - just a year after finalising their divorce.
The couple ended its two-year marriage in 2006, but became close again after the Blink-182 drummer almost died in a plane crash in South Carolina last September (08).

CHRIS BROWN’s attorneys are reportedly attempting to strike a plea deal for their client ahead of the troubled R&B star’s hearing in Los Angeles on Thursday (05Mar09).
Brown was due in court to be arraigned for an alleged altercation with girlfriend Rihanna on Thursday morning, but officials now state his appearance will be delayed for several hours.
News of the delay comes as Brown’s lawyers attempt to negotiate a possible plea deal that would keep their client out of jail, according to Eonline.com reports.
The attorneys are hoping to get probation for Brown over the alleged assault, which left Rihanna battered and bruised - and in need of medical attention.
Sources claim Brown’s high-powered attorney, Mark Geragos, has met with prosecutors.
The hearing takes place as photos of the blood-stained upholstery of Brown’s rented Lamborghini have been leaked to the TV media in America. News show Extra will air the damning evidence later today.
Prosecutor Daniel Perlman’s case may have been tainted by the fact that Rihanna and Brown are reportedly back together after a brief split - although he insists that won’t be a factor in the court’s decision.
He says, "She was clearly injured, and there is enough evidence to proceed with or without her co-operation." Reports suggest that one of the items Perlman will have as evidence is a bloodstained Gucci gown, which Rihanna was wearing at the time of the alleged incident, which took place in the early hours of 8 February (09).
Brown has been charged with two felony counts of assault and making criminal threats.

BLAKE LIVELY was persuaded to become an actress after her actor brother ERIC LIVELY treated her to a whirlwind trip across Europe.

Funnyman STEVE CARELL’s stalled movie DINNER FOR SCHMUCKS is due to begin shooting this autumn (09) after a dispute between movie executives at DreamWorks and Paramount was settled.
The comedy has been held in limbo since Steven Spielberg’s DreamWorks ended its partnership with Hollywood giant Paramount in 2008.
Financing issues have been at the centre of the row, but now Paramount heads have enlisted Spyglass Entertainment bosses to provide monetary backing, while DreamWorks have yet to announce a backer for its stake in the film.
Actor Paul Rudd will join Carell in the movie - a remake of French comedy Le Diner des cons, about a man who manages to ruin the life of those around him. Sacha Baron Cohen, who was also due to star, pulled out of the project last year (08), reports Daily Variety.

GLENN CLOSE struggles to watch her character’s violent death in 1987 movie FATAL ATTRACTION - because she was pregnant when she shot the chilling scene.
Close was called back to the set six months after the film had wrapped, because director Adrian Lyne was unhappy with the ending - in which the actress’ psychotic character committed suicide.
Instead she was called upon to fight with co-stars Anne Archer and Michael Douglas, before her character Alex Forrest was shot dead.
The simulated struggle was so violent, Close was knocked out when her head was accidentally smashed against a mirror.
She was horrified when she later discovered she was pregnant with her daughter Annie.
Close reveals, "I got concussion. I didn’t know I was pregnant at the time. I found out later. It was OK though."

DAKOTA FANNING is in talks to join TWILIGHT star KRISTEN STEWART in rock ‘n’ roll biopic RUNAWAYS.
The 15 year old is slated to play Runaways singer Cheri Currie in the film, in which Stewart will play guitarist Joan Jett.
Ironically, Currie became a music star at 15 as the Runaways lead singer.
And it might not be the only time Fanning and Stewart will be working together this year - the teenage star is also in talks to play a vampire leader in the Twilight sequel New Moon.

R&B singer CHRIS BROWN has been charged with two felonies over his alleged fight with girlfriend RIHANNA.
The 19-year-old star was arrested and charged with making criminal threats following a reported attack on 21-year-old Rihanna, real name Robyn Fenty. The incident occurred after a pre-Grammys party on 8 February (09), which is said to have left the Umbrella singer in need of hospital treatment.
Brown was freed on bail following the arrest, and on Thursday (05Mar09), the Los Angeles County District Attorney officially charged him with felony assault and making criminal threats.
L.A. police have refused to confirm the identity of the victim in the case, although court documents name "Robyn F." as the alleged victim.
If convicted, the sentence could range anywhere from probation to four years and eight months in a state prison, according to the district attorney’s spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons.
And Rihanna’s father Ronald Fenty has mixed feelings about the charges.
He tells Usmagazine.com, "I don’t know how to react. Chris is a very talented guy. I still think he’s a little immature for Rihanna. Justice can never be served in this situation. He can’t feel the pain she felt. I don’t believe in hitting a woman. I hope everything works out better for them. I don’t feel happy or sad. He’s in the court’s hands. Let justice prevail." Brown is scheduled to be arraigned at 3.30pm (local time) on Thursday in Los Angeles.

BOB DYLAN was so desperate to bed MARIANNE FAITHFULL he spent several days writing a poem for her - then destroyed it in a rage when she turned him down.
British singer Faithfull is well known for her string of romances with high-profile men in the 1960s, including Rolling Stones Mick Jagger and Keith Richards.
But she admits she once refused to sleep with Dylan despite his advances, sending the folk legend into a fury.
And she also regrets not giving in to Jimi Hendrix’s charms - after he spent an entire evening whispering sweet nothings into her ear.
Faithfull says, "It’s true what they say: You regret the things you don’t do the most. Apparently Bob Dylan spent days and days writing a poem for me in 1964 and I think it was understood in his circle that I would go to bed with him. I mean, I presume that’s the intention when you’re a very pretty girl and you go to a big star’s bedroom, isn’t it? But I didn’t realise this at the time because I was just a silly teenager and it was all a bit much.
"I very much wanted to go to bed with him, but I was pregnant and about to get married (to her first husband John Dunbar) at the time. I told him all this and he was furious and ripped the poem up in front of me. We are still very fond of each other and still talk about that night. I’ll always say to him, ‘But Bob, I was only 17′ and he always says, ‘Yeah, but I was only 22 myself!’ "I also once spent an evening with Jimi Hendrix whispering in my ear telling me all the things he was going to do to me - which I’m not going to share - but I was with Mick Jagger at the time and it would have been too unkind. Comedian ROBIN WILLIAMS has been admitted to a Miami, Florida hospital to be treated for heart issues, according to new reports.
The 57-year-old star sparked fears for his health on Wednesday (04Mar09), when he was ordered by doctors to take a week of rest after complaining of shortness of breath.
The news prompted the actor, who was scheduled to perform his one-man comedy show Weapons of Self-Destruction at various venues across Florida this week (begs02Mar09), to cancel gigs lined-up until Monday (09Mar09) to recuperate.
A statement released by the star’s representatives said: "Williams was experiencing shortness of breath and is currently being evaluated by doctors who are recommending a week of rest." New reports suggest Williams’ health concerns are far more severe. The Miami Herald alleges the star checked into an Intensive Care Unit to seek treatment for a heart problem.
And Williams’ publicist, Mara Buxbaum, has refused to comment on the new claims, telling WENN, "This is the latest news and remains accurate. As soon as we have further info, we will be sure to inform you." Williams has been on the Broadway-bound 80-city tour since September (08) and has played shows in 11 cities over the past three weeks.

BEATLES bandmates SIR PAUL McCARTNEY and RINGO STARR are keeping fans guessing about a rumoured reunion at a New York charity concert in April (09).
The stars are both booked to perform at Manhattan’s iconic Radio City Music Hall on 4 April at a bash to aid The David Lynch Foundation - amid rumours they will take to the stage together and wow fans with a duet.
A Foundation release intensified speculation when it claimed the pair would perform together, but McCartney is remaining coy, confirming only that he will do "a few songs on his own".
Director David Lynch formed the foundation to promote meditation in schools. The filmmaker hopes to raise enough money to teach one million of the most needy kids to meditate.
It’s a cause McCartney firmly believes in - he credits meditation with keeping him sane and helping him survive five decades in the spotlight.
The 66-year-old says, "In moments of madness, it has helped me find moments of serenity." And he’s convinced it can help at-risk kids too, adding, "I would like to think that it would help provide them a quiet haven in a not-so-quiet world."
