Superproducer TIMBALAND has warned fans not to expect a new album from him anytime soon - because he’s too busy.
The Apologize beatmaker, real name Timothy Mosley, recently confirmed plans for a follow-up to the hit 2007 release Shock Value.
But he is urging fans not to get too excited, because completion on the project is a long way off due to all the production work he’s been taking on.
He says, "Man, I’m so in demand that people are making up albums just to try and keep up with me! "What people are reading out there (about releasing a new album) is nonsense.
I’m only just starting to think about Shock Value 2, just recording and putting some ideas together, so there are definitely no song titles, release date, or any other news related to the album.
"When Shock Value 2 finally does exist in the real world, everybody’s gonna hear it from me." Timbaland has worked with a host of stars in the last 12 months, including Madonna, Jay-Z, Pussycat Dolls, T-Pain and Jennifer Hudson.

British pop star DAVE DEE has died after losing his three-year battle with cancer.
The singer, real name David Harman, passed away at Kingston Hospital in Surrey, south east England, on Friday (09Jan09) morning following "a long and courageous battle" with the disease, a family spokeswoman revealed. He was 65.
Harman was a founding member of the band Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich, first rising to fame in 1965 with the song You Make it Move.
They went on to release a string of hit singles including Hold Tight!, Bend It! and Save Me, and the group spent more weeks in the U.K. singles charts than any other band between 1965 and 1969.
He left the quintet in 1969 to pursue a solo career, but it was short-lived and he returned to the group in the 1990s.
Harman continued to perform with the band despite his illness, and played his last gig in Eisenberg, Germany in September (08).
He is survived by his estranged wife Joanne, children Olivia, Ashley and Elliot, and his lover of two years, Lesley.

Grammy winning rapper QUEEN PEN is calling on New York governors to implement tougher domestic violence laws in the state, after suffering at the hands of a former boyfriend last year (08).
The star, real name Lynise Walters, was badly beaten and knocked unconscious when the unnamed ex-beau broke into her home.
The man is still at large, and Queen Pen is making her voice heard by leading a rally and holding a press conference advocating stricter legislation on the topic in Brooklyn on 16 January (09).

Pop star FERGIE is doing everything she can to keep her weekend (09-11Jan09) wedding to actor JOSH DUHAMEL paparazzi free - guests will only learn of the location on the morning of the ceremony itself.
The Glamorous singer, real name Stacey Ferguson, is busy with the Transformers star making final preparations for their big day.
And they are so keen to keep the event private, the couple has kept details of its nuptials completely secret - even holding them back from the guests.
According to celebrity blogger Just Jared, a source claims: "They’re going to send guests instructions via email. They’ll be given an address and have to go (to) a couple of locations before they get shuttled to the wedding itself." Fergie and Duhamel, who have been together since 2004, have also made requests to limit the chance of intimate wedding photos being leaked to the media.
An insider adds to E! online, "They have asked that no one bring cell phones or cameras.
"It’s going to be a small, secluded ceremony." Fergie is expected to become Mrs. Duhamel on Saturday (10Jan09).

NOTORIOUS B.I.G.’s widow FAITH EVANS is refusing to let disparaging comments by former love rival LIL’ KIM spoil celebrations for the release of new biopic NOTORIOUS, dismissing the female rapper as "sad".
Notorious, which premiered in New York on Wednesday (07Jan09), details the rise and tragic 1997 murder of the late MC, real name Christopher Wallace.
The project was overseen by the legendary rapper’s mother, Voletta Wallace, and stars Jamal ‘Gravy’ Woolard as the heavyweight star.
However, B.I.G.’s mistress, Lil’ Kim, recently lashed out at Voletta and Evans, claiming the movie portrays her in a negative light.
She told Hip-Hop Weekly, "I’ve had enough and I’m about to expose them both… I’ve been quiet for a long time.
"I’m very disappointed in Faith. There’s nothing Faith or Ms. Wallace could do to stop me from reppin’ B.I.G. all day. I’m gonna always do that… It’s time for Ms. Wallace to be exposed." But You Gets No Love singer Evans isn’t letting the comments get to her.
She tells MTV, "I try my best not to think about it. It’s kinda sad.
"I got four kids, and I definitely don’t have time for this type of s**t.
It’s just sad. I don’t know Kim’s story like that…
"This is not my movie. I didn’t write the script. Any characters in the film had to agree for their life rights to be in the movie. I don’t think I would have signed anything had I felt I was not portrayed properly. I think she had the opportunity to do that. I could be mistaken. I wasn’t there." And Evans insists she has no idea what Kim is threatening to reveal about her, adding: "I don’t think there’s anything about me that I would be ashamed of that I haven’t already told people. I hope she found the closure she’s looking for."

DANIEL CRAIG was so worried about speaking Russian in new movie DEFIANCE, he practiced his lines in secret so nobody could hear him.
The James Bond star, who appears alongside fellow British actor Jamie Bell in the war drama, was nervous as he tried to master the language for the role.
And Bell reveals no one on set was confident about speaking their lines because they sounded so bad.
He tells BBC Radio One, "Everyone was so nervous about their accents. We literally turned up on the set on the first day of rehearsals and everyone was saying their lines very quietly. No-one wanted to give away how bad their accent actually sounded, Daniel included. Anything that brought more authenticity to these characters, we thought was important." The Billy Elliot star was equally as nervous about having to speak in a Polish accent for the movie and practised hard before takes - but is pleased with the final cut of the film, as it was as "true" as he could make it.
He adds, "I feel like you have to at least try. I didn’t detect a single accent in it. And I feel like if you’re really portraying real people who did something, in this case incredibly heroic, I feel like you have to be as true to them as possible.
"I actually got off lightly. Daniel (Craig) and Live (Schreiber) actually had to speak fluent Russian, which isn’t the easiest language to master. So I got off lightly. I just had to do a kind of Belarusian accent."

SCARLETT JOHANSSON has the secret to success - hard work and a touch of good fortune.

PAUL RUDD found himself in trouble with the law when he was younger - cops arrested him for underage drinking.
The former Friends star was at college at the University of Kansas when police spotted him downing alcohol outside and arrested him on the spot.
Rudd tells British morning show GMTV, "I was drinking a beer outside. One, I was underage, and you’re not allowed to drink outside." And when told presenter Andrew Castle had had a similar experience in Kansas, Rudd added: "I wonder if it was the same policeman that got us?"

Actor MICKEY ROURKE hated the character he plays in THE WRESTLER when he first read the script - because it reminded him of his hellish past.
The 52-year-old star had a tough childhood and battled drug addiction for many years, eventually going into therapy to deal with his demons.
But Rourke knew that he wanted to play troubled Randy Robinson in the movie to address his real life traumas.
He says, "When I first read the script, I hated the character. I hated his guts, and I hated the side of him that was such a loser, the fact that he couldn’t be accountable, or couldn’t take care of his responsibilities. That’s how I was for many years before I went to therapy.
"I misbehaved worse than anybody for over 15 years, and you have to pay the price for that. I used to blame other people, until I went to therapy and realised I had to change. I’d become very hard.
"I came from a very violent background, I was very arrogant and proud, and when I went to therapy I realised that all of those things were just masking the issues I had in childhood, of abandonment and shame." And despite coming to terms with his situation, Rourke still regularly visits his therapists to avoid a relapse.
He adds, "It’s easier to walk around angry and hard than dealing with those issues that made me feel insignificant and small. I’m still working with this doctor, 14 years later now, to be honest with those issues. Back then, when I was raising all kinds of hell, I didn’t know to fix it. Instead I just got harder and harder. Whereas now, I understand where it all came from."

Hollywood actor DENNIS QUAID can finally put a 2007 Los Angeles hospital blunder behind him - a judge has officially closed the case that almost cost his twin babies their lives.
The star and his wife Kimberley were awarded $750,000 (£493,420) in damages in December (08), after staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center mistakenly gave then-newborns Thomas and Zoe a near-fatal amount of blood thinning drug Heparin - leaving them fighting for their lives. The twins have since recovered and are in good health.
California regulators also fined hospital bosses $25,000 (£16,450) after concluding the failure of staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to follow their own procedures resulted in incorrect doses of the drug being administered to Quaid’s infants and other children.
The monetary settlement was signed off by an L.A. judge on Thursday (08Jan09), officially putting the case to rest, reports Entertainment Tonight.
Meanwhile, the Quaids’ lawsuit against Heparin’s drug maker, Baxter Healthcare Corporation, accusing executives of negligence in packaging adult and paediatric doses in similar vials, has been dismissed on grounds of jurisdiction, because the incident occurred in California. The pharmaceutical firm’s corporate address is listed in Illinois.

Rockers THE KILLERS once narrowly avoided causing a traffic accident - when they fled a filling station after breaking a drive-thru car wash.
The band, formed in 2002, were touring in the early days of their career when their van became wedged in a cleaning device at a Canadian garage.
In a desperate bid to avoid footing the bill for the broken machine, they sped away - straight into oncoming traffic.
Guitarist Dave Keuning tells NME magazine, "In the early days, we toured in a van and, for some reason, we wanted to wash it. We were in Canada, putting it through a car wash. There was a sign that said, ‘Do not put your car through here if it is bigger than this’. And it was too big and broke a part of the machine.
"Then we tried to back out and broke it even further. The manager came out shouting ‘Stay there!’ We said ‘OK’ then floored it. He had some kids chase us with a car.
"Our manager, Ryan, was driving; he cut out into traffic and he just barely made it - just enough to screw with the people behind us. It was exciting."

Former BEATLE RINGO STARR has further angered his fans by abandoning the regular video updates on his website - following his controversial decision not to sign any more autographs.
The drummer sparked outrage amongst his supporters last year (08) when he posted a video on the site asking them to stop sending requests for signatures.
Starr later backed down, insisting he was only addressing opportunists attempting to sell signed items on the internet.
The musician now faces a further backlash from his fans after abandoning his video blogs altogether. The updates, which were once regularly posted on his official website, have stopped since the controversial autograph comments, which were subsequently removed from the site.
A source tells British newspaper the Daily Express, "Ringo used to enjoy telling his fans about his plans, but he was pretty shocked by the hostility he faced over the autograph thing. As a result he’s reluctant to appear on the web again. Ringo used to use his website to promote his career but the autograph remarks totally backfired."

Singer/songwriter GREGG ALLMAN’s Georgia home has been raided by thieves.
A collection of unreleased recordings from the star were among items stolen during the burglary, reports TMZ.com. The thieves also got away with a pistol and a collection of silver dollars.
All of the property was recovered except for the handgun. Two men have been charged with burglary.
The star, who is said to be revamping his security system, was a founding member of The Allman Brothers Band.

Former THE STRANGLERS frontman HUGH CORNWELL is still an angry punk at heart he is waging war on mega-rich record bosses who target illegal downloading.
The Golden Brown singer has stood up for music fans who "steal" records on the internet, and branded rock giants Metallica "silly" for their notorious lawsuit against file-sharing website Napster.
Cornwell, whose new solo album Hoover Dam is available to download free via his website, insists record-buyers are "ripped off" by the price of CDs and urges them to grab albums for free on the web.
He tells WENN, "The internet is the perfect delivery system for music, so why not use it? I don’t see it as being exploited at all - I think we are exploiting the internet.
"I think you have just got to find more ingenious ways of generating a living than by ripping people off, charging them £15 for an album that they can get for free
. It just means people aren’t being ripped off any more.
"To physically print up a CD it costs about 50p
. It you’re charging £15 for it, that’s a huge profit margin
. It just means that all these years, people have been ripped off." Referring to Metallica’s 2000 legal action against Napster, Cornwell fumed: "It’s silly
. Come on! It’s hysteria
. You have got to grow up and move forward.
They can’t exactly need the money, can they?"
