FARROW GRIEVES OVER LOSS OF ADOPTED DAUGHTER
Actress MIA FARROW mourned the loss of her adopted daughter at a New York funeral service on Tuesday (30Dec08) - as a priest described her courage through the mystery 10-year ailment she suffered before her death, aged 35.
Farrow, 63, was joined by friends and family at the St
. Saviour Catholic Church service in Brooklyn for her daughter, Lark Previn - adopted by the actress and musician Andre Previn.
Vietnamese-born Previn died on Christmas Day (25Dec08) - a cause of death has not been released, although Previn had been ailing for more than a decade.
Mourners listened as Reverend Timothy Tighe Farrow described Previn’s battle: "She had dark moments in her life but she put one foot in front of the other and kept going.
"She pushed herself deeply so that she might keep going (for her daughters)." Previn is survived by her live-in boyfriend Robert Garcia as well as her two daughters, Sara, 13, and 12-year-old Christine
