CHAN VOTED FILM GROUP’S VICE-CHAIRMAN
Movie action man JACKIE CHAN has been named the vice-chairman of a new film association which will tie together moviemaking in Hong Kong and China.
Chan and other prominent Hong Kong filmmakers have joined the China Film Association.
Chan was voted the organisation’s vice-chairman over the weekend (27-28Dec08).
The China Film Association organises China’s main movie festivals; the Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers film awards.
