SWEETIN’S ESTRANGED HUSBAND CALLS FOR EMERGENCY CUSTODY HEARING
Actress JODIE SWEETIN’s estranged husband CODY HERPIN has called for an emergency custody hearing over their eight-month-old daughter, according to reports.
The former Full House star, 26, filed for legal separation from Herpin, 31, on 19 November (08) in Orange County, California - seven months after Sweetin gave birth to the couple’s first child.
The pair were scheduled to return to court on 9 February (09) for a custody hearing after Sweetin reportedly filed for joint custody of little Zoie.
According to TMZ.com, Herpin has now called for an emergency hearing to get access the child.
Sweetin and Herpin were married in July 2007.
