Reality TV star JEFF LEWIS has refuted claims he was abusive towards UGLY BETTY actress ASHLEY JENSEN at her Los Angeles home.
Scottish actress Jensen and her husband Terence Beesley filed a lawsuit on Wednesday (10Dec08) against Lewis.
The pair claim that the star of Bravo TV show Flipping Out built a deck into their yard and when they refused to accept a private financial settlement he flipped out with "aggressive threats and outrageous behaviour".
But Lewis has angrily denied the claims and has hit back at the couple accusing them of trying to exploit his fame.
He tells TMZ.com, "Having apparently watched my reality show, they now feel they can exploit my personality to increase their media exposure and their alleged damages. I have never threatened either of them with physical harm, nor was I abusive or verbally threatening to either of them.
"In fact I have never even met Ms. Jensen. The court will decide… and Ms.
Jensen and Mr. Beesley will then be left having to earn media coverage on their talent alone."

LEONARDO DiCAPRIO was wary of working with TITANIC co-star KATE WINSLET again but soon managed to convince himself as he believes she is "the best actress of her generation".
The pair, who played star-crossed lovers in the 1997 movie, have teamed up again for forthcoming film Revolutionary Road, the story of a couple struggling with suburban life in 1950s America.
DiCaprio reveals he was unsure of working with Winslet after the phenomenal success of Titanic - but managed to put his worries behind him to team up with the British beauty again.
He tells Entertainment Weekly, "Over the years, I would find myself stopping and saying, ‘’I don’t know if we should do this again.'’ And then I’d think, ‘’What are you, an idiot? Why wouldn’t I want to work with the best actress of her generation? Am I going to be prejudiced against a project just because Kate’s in it?'’ "I think we both had been actively looking for something else to do together, but we fundamentally knew that we couldn’t tread on any sort of similar territory."

TAKE THAT star GARY BARLOW has been getting closer to ex-bandmate ROBBIE WILLIAMS - and would love him to rejoin the band.
Williams quit the boyband to pursue a solo career in 1995, and the four other members - Barlow, Jason Orange, Mark Owen, and Howard Donald - disbanded the group in 1996, but reunited for a hugely successful tour 10 years later.
Earlier this week (beg08Dec08), Angels singer Williams said he would "love" to rejoin the group - and Barlow has hinted it could be a possibility at some stage.
He tells Britain’s The Sun newspaper, "The band has been having great fun with Robbie over the last few months and we’ve been talking a lot. It’s been really good getting to know him again." And Barlow has reassured fans that Williams’ past drink and drugs troubles are behind him: "He has sorted himself out and is in a really good place at the moment." And, on British morning show GMTV, he added, "It’s like no time has passed." But despite their reignited friendship, Barlow has ruled out his former bandmate joining them on their tour next year (09).
He says, "Robbie will not be coming on tour with us next year because he’s got his own things to do. But we are not ruling out getting together with him beyond that." However, bandmate Howard Donald is hopeful of a surprise appearance from Williams: "You just never know when he’s gonna pop outta that box."

Rap superstar SEAN ‘DIDDY’ COMBS can’t wait to attend President-elect BARACK OBAMA’s inauguration ceremony, insisting it’ll be "cool" to be at the historic event.
Combs was a vocal supporter of Obama leading up to his election victory last month (Nov08) and is delighted to be attending his swearing in, which will take place in Washington D.C. on 20 January (08).
And the rapper, infamous for demanding the best, doesn’t even mind if he’s at the back for the ceremony - because he is just happy for the invite.
He tells Access Hollywood, “If I don’t have the best seat in the house, I’ll be all right. As long as I am there and around the people and able to witness my fellow Americans… I’ll be cool."

PETE WENTZ feels an intense connection to wife ASHLEE SIMPSON-WENTZ - but the FALL OUT BOY rocker is also a huge fan of her breasts.

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN, MILEY CYRUS and PETER GABRIEL are among the music artists up for Golden Globe Awards in January (09).
Springsteen was nominated in the Best Original Song category for The Wrestler from the film of the same name, while Gabriel received a nod for his Wall-E tune Down to Earth.
Cyrus and co-writer Jeffrey Steele were recognised for I Thought I Lost You from animated movie Bolt.
Meanwhile, Beyonce got a nod as a co-writer on Once in a Lifetime from Cadillac Records, in which she plays R&B great Etta James. And British jazz-pop star Jamie Cullum and Clint Eastwood were recognised as part of the ensemble behind the Gran Torino theme.
Eastwood was also nominated for his Changeling score.

Rapper KANYE WEST is planning to move to London to pursue his love of fashion, according to a new report.
The Stronger hitmaker is reportedly set to move to the British capital to take on an apprenticeship at a design house - to learn the basics of his craft.
And the hip-hop star, who is currently designing his own line called Pastelle, is said to be applying to train at leading fashion firms across Europe, including Louis Vuitton’s headquarters in London.
West says, "I’m going to go and take an internship and just do something that’s like completely normal - and just rap at the weekends or something." A source tells Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper, "He’s applying at Louis Vuitton, Raf Simmons and others.
"Everyone is surprised at just how seriously Kanye is taking his fashion dream. He is always in the front rows during the Paris and Milan fashion weeks.
He absolutely loves London and wants to absorb the fashion over here."

JOE PANTOLIANO experienced "euphoria" after doctors diagnosed him with clinical depression - because he could finally understand his feelings of despair.
The former Sopranos star, 57, was relieved when his doctor pronounced he was depressed - because it explained why he felt so miserable, despite having the success he’d always dreamt of.
And since then the actor, who manages his depression with medication, has helped launch an organisation called No Kidding, Me Too! which aims to remove the stigma attached to mental illness.
He says, "Mental disease is the only thing you can be diagnosed with and get yelled at for having. Why is that? "From the moment I was diagnosed there was a certain sense of euphoria and ‘Thank God’ we figured this out - because I thought that I’d become such a curmudgeon."

Hollywood couple MAGGIE GYLLENHAAL and PETER SARSGAARD are preparing to star in a new off-Broadway production.
The pair has been cast in the Classic Stage Company’s production of Uncle Vanya, a tragic comedy by Anton Chekhov about an old professor and his young wife Yelena, to be played by Gyllenhaal.
Previews are slated to begin on 17 January (09) with a limited run until 1 March (09). An official opening date has yet to be announced.
Gyllenhaal and Sarsgaard are parents to a two-year-old daughter, Ramona.

Actor JOHN STAMOS’ plans to reunite the cast of 90s U.S. sitcom FULL HOUSE for a modern remake have reportedly been scrapped.
Former child star Candace Cameron Bure told OK! magazine this month (Dec08) of Stamos’ plan to update the hit family sitcom for new audiences, much like the recently revived shows Bionic Woman, Knight Rider and Beverly Hills, 90210.
The "semi-remake" would centre around Cameron Bure and co-star Jodie Sweetin’s characters - who were the older sisters of Michelle Tanner, a role shared by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
But a TV insider has told E! news Stamos is "no longer pitching" the idea because he couldn’t drum up enough interest without the Olsen twins’ involvement.
The source says, "We couldn’t make the deal. It’s completely dead right now."

MACAULAY CULKIN’s sister DAKOTA died after she stepped in front of a car, police have confirmed.
The 29-year-old - the Home Alone star’s elder sibling - stepped in front of a car in West Los Angeles just before 11pm on Tuesday (09Dec08), according to Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Richard French.
Culkin was rushed to UCLA hospital with massive head trauma and died the following day.
French adds: "The driver stopped, rendered aid, and identified himself as required by law. Detectives determined that the driver was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol and that no crime was committed." A representative for the actor says, "This is a terrible tragic accident. We ask that the media respect the family’s privacy during this difficult time." Culkin, 28, has five other siblings: Shane, 32, actor Kieran, 26, Quinn, 24, Christian, 21, and actor Rory, 19.

Olympic swimming hero MICHAEL PHELPS was stunned after meeting his favourite rapper LIL’ WAYNE - because the star had recorded a personal song for him.
After winning eight gold medals at the Beijing Games this summer (08), the athlete told the press he had listened to the hip-hop star’s track I’m Me to pump him up before the races.
And Phelps was overwhelmed when he met the rapper for the first time at the MTV Video Music Awards in September (08).
Phelps recalls, "Lil’ Wayne presented me with this iPod which contained 40 unreleased songs he had recorded - and one was called Michael Phelps.

The lead singer of Italian heavy metal band SOUL CRY has been charged with attempted murder after she stabbed her guitarist for messing up his solo.
Singer Cristina Balzano, 19, has been taken into custody by Genovese police after allegedly stabbing her 16-year-old guitarist because he made a mistake during a guitar solo at a band rehearsal.
Balzano reportedly accused the guitarist of "sounding evil" before she knifed him.

JULIAN LENNON has stunned fans offering him condolences on the anniversary of his father JOHN LENNON’s death - by telling them he no longer mourns the late BEATLE.
Singer John Lennon was gunned down by crazed fan Marc Chapman in New York on 08 December, 1980 - a date when fans the world over annually gather to grieve.
But 45-year-old Julian, John’s son by his first wife Cynthia, insists he no longer laments his dad’s death - and instead gives thanks.
He writes on his official webpage: "Something very sad happened many years ago on this date but I don’t live and breathe this date the way many of you do.
"I appreciate your intentions and prayers but I refuse to be saddened this day or by any other memorial day.
"I glimpse back over my shoulder, only to thank those that have gone before."

PETE WENTZ has taken to his blog to blast reports he and his wife ASHLEE SIMPSON-WENTZ are struggling to sell photos of their newborn baby to a magazine.
A report emerged on Thursday (11Dec08) that alleged the new parents, who welcomed son Bronx Mowgli in November (08), were desperate to show off their tot in a tabloid but had failed to secure a cover deal with a magazine.
Now Wentz is hitting back at the story, insisting he and his pop star partner have been offered "mounds and mounds of money by mags from here to Guam to pimp out the baby".
But the couple has decided not to pose for magazine photos with Bronx for the time being - despite the potentially dangerous situations their media restraint could put them in.
Wentz writes: "We have made the decision to not sell Bronx’s baby pictures right now. We understand that, like other celebrities have said, ‘there is a bounty on our heads’ for these pictures.
"There is a danger when there are cameras being held over walls and into our backyard. We are followed day and night and that was fine when it was us but we are going to do our best to shelter Bronx from that as much as possible. It’s scary to be followed by 10 cars to your home.
"We understand the curiosity, just not the viciousness that comes along with it when it becomes so insatiable." But the Fall Out Boy bassist insists he hasn’t ruled out a photo spread showing off his first son sometime in the future.
He adds: "We know our fans support and care about us and want to know about our family… so at some time, when it makes sense, Bronx will be out in the world.
"In the meantime, we’d like to say thank you to those who have allowed us relative privacy in letting us just be a family for now - and to enjoy all the happiness he’s brought us.
"P.S. Trust me he’s cute. He looks like his mommy."

Legendary pin-up BETTIE PAGE died on Thursday (11Dec08). She was 85.
Page suffered a heart attack last week (02Dec08) in Los Angeles and never regained consciousness. She had been hospitalised for three weeks with pneumonia before the heart attack, according to her agent Mark Roesler.
Roesler said in a statement: "With deep personal sadness I must announce that my dear friend and client Bettie Page passed away at 6.41pm PST this evening in a Los Angeles hospital.
"She died peacefully but had never regained consciousness after suffering a heart attack nine days ago." Page’s trademark curvy figure and raven hair made her a fixture in men’s magazines in the 1950s, and the icon found a cult following that lasted long after her modelling days.
The star also landed parts in dozens of silent fetish films in which she often played a dominatrix, but the aspiring actress only had one small speaking role in the 1953 movie Striporama.
American actress Gretchen Mol played Page in the 2005 biopic of her eventful life, The Notorious Bettie Page.
Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, who hand-picked Page to be the Playmate of the Month in January 1955, has paid tribute to the star, saying: "I think that she was a remarkable lady, an iconic figure in pop culture who influenced sexuality, taste in fashion, someone who had a tremendous impact on our society. Movie star TERRENCE HOWARD insists tragic actor HEATH LEDGER should win a Golden Globe Award, no matter what, in January (09).
Ledger was nominated for a Best Supporting Actor prize on Thursday (11Dec08) for his portrayal of The Joker in The Dark Knight - and Howard is sure he’ll win.
And if he doesn’t, the Crash star feels the award should be donated to the dead star’s family.
Howard, who was among the stars announcing the 2009 Golden Globe nominees, tells HollyScoop.com, "I’m sure he will (win). Even if someone else won in his category, if I had won in that category, I would give it to his family because he truly had the best performance.
"He gave more than I have seen any other actor give, he brought a new light.
How do you step into Jack Nicholson’s shoes? How do you do that and stretch that? He stretched Jack Nicholson’s shoes."
