SIR CLIFF’S DIET DRAMA
SIR CLIFF RICHARD has such a special diet, he takes his own bread on tour with him.
The Devil Woman singer has been forced to cut wheat and dairy out of his daily intake, and that means he has to be careful what he eats when he’s on the road.
He says, "It is a bit of a nightmare. This last trip I took my own bread everywhere." But Sir Cliff insists his diet is paying huge health dividends for him: "What I’ve found is the first four months I lost an inch and a half (around my waist)… (and) whatever I ate, nothing went on."
