WEST TO INTERN IN FASHION DESIGN
Fashion-forward rapper KANYE WEST is reportedly considering a career change after speaking of his desire to intern for a major fashion house.
The hip-hop star will launch his own clothing line Past Tell next year (09).
And according to avant-garde designer Raf Simmons, the rapper has confessed he’ll soon be answering to the bosses of another brand.
Simmons tells the New York Times, “I was blown away from the planet when he told me. I know he’s very serious about this - I don’t take it as a joke - but how can I imagine him being my intern? It’s a very extreme situation.”
