PERRY MISSED OUT ON GRAMMY NOD NEWS
KATY PERRY missed out on hearing all about her Grammy Award nomination because she misplaced her cellphone.
The I Kissed A Girl singer claimed a Best Female Pop Vocal Performance nod for the hit song on Wednesday night (03Dec08), but didn’t learn about it until hours later.
She explains, "I was in Sacramento, I was onstage… (and) I actually left my phone in a car somewhere." And Perry admits she can’t wait to get her phone back - because it will be full of congratulations from family and friends: "It’ll be like Christmas."
