TAKE THAT star MARK OWEN has become a father for the second time - his girlfriend EMMA FERGUSON has given birth to a baby girl.
The Back For Good singer, 36, and his longterm partner welcomed little Willow Rose Owen on Tuesday (25Nov08) morning at a London hospital.
The couple already has a two-year-old son, called Elwood.
A Take That spokesman says, "Mark, Emma and Elwood are thrilled. Mum and daughter are very healthy and happy."

American martial artist-turned-actor JASON CHAMBERS is in more legal turmoil after his former landlord accused him of trashing the $2 million (£1.3 million) house he rented in Los Angeles.
Chambers is reportedly under criminal investigation for trashing the mansion he shared with his ex-girlfriend, where he was accused of stealing $7,000 (£4,670) worth of appliances.
According to website TMZ.com, who has obtained pictures of the damage, the pair is alleged to have rubbed dog faeces all over the doors and windows, stole every handle off every closet/drawer, wrote slurs all over the bathroom and bedroom, and stuffed appliances down the kitchen sink.
The landlord has already won a small claims court judgement against the star.
Chambers dodged rape charges after he was taken into police custody and questioned on allegations of sexual assault and narcotics charges earlier this month (Nov08).
Claims made against him were dropped due to "insufficient evidence" last week (begs17Nov08).

Aussie moviemaker BAZ LUHRMANN is urging America’s President-elect BARACK OBAMA to thank his lucky stars he wasn’t born Down Under - because he would never have got the chance to become a world leader.
The Moulin Rouge! director is using Obama’s historic election victory and his new movie Australia to raise awareness about his homeland’s shameful past, during which mixed race children were removed from their families and raised to be servants to white industry leaders and politicians.
And Luhrmann is keen to remind the world that he’s not talking about something that was outlawed hundreds of years ago - the practice of separating half-Aboriginal, half-white children from their families was still common in the early 1970s.
Luhrmann says, "To give context, the President-elect of the United States is 47. If he was living in Australia, it is absolutely credible that the government, because he had one white parent and one black parent, could have taken him forcibly from his family.
"They would have put him in an institution, probably lied to him that his parents were dead, changed his name and reprogrammed him to be European, so he could have some sort of function doing something of service in white society.
That would possibly have been Obama’s journey."

Director RON HOWARD defied a ban by the Catholic Church to shoot scenes for new movie ANGELS & DEMONS within the holy Vatican City.
After the controversy surrounding Howard’s 2006 adaptation of Dan Brown novel The Da Vinci Code - which angered Catholic heads - Howard was banned from using holy buildings to shoot the soon-to-be-released prequel.
He says, "We just weren’t allowed anywhere near them." But, during an interview on U.S. TV show Shootout, Howard hints he found a loophole to sneak into the city: "We didn’t shoot at the Vatican… officially.
But cameras can be made really small."

Country superstar KENNY CHESNEY has found love with beauty queen AMY COLLEY, according to reports.
The rocker ex-husband of Renee Zellweger has been dating the Miss Tennessee 2005 winner for the past four months.

Actor JASON SCHWARTZMAN’s former band, Californian rockers PHANTOM PLANET, are to split after 15 years together.
The band is best known for performing the theme song California for TV show The O.C.
But the foursome - comprising of singer Alex Greenwald, bassist Sam Farrar, guitarist Darren Robinson, and drummer Jeff Conrad - has now called time on its career.
The group will play its final show together next month (Dec) - and it will be an emotional send off, because the bandmembers will bow out at the same venue they launched their careers at.
A statement posted on their official website reads: "This could be the most difficult piece of news we have ever had to post. Sadly, Phantom Planet will be playing our last show, December 12, at the Troubadour in Los Angeles, the same venue that we played our very first live gig, back in 1994. We have had an amazing time playing together for 15 years, but we have officially decided to go on hiatus, and will not be playing any more live shows or making any new records, indefinitely. There is so much more to write, but at this time, we just want to say thank you, to everyone, for their support, friendship, inspiration, attendance, and love." Original drummer Schwartzman left the group in 2003 to focus on his acting career.

Rocker PETE WENTZ has praised his wife ASHLEE SIMPSON, insisting she’s "saint" for helping him get through his own labour pains as she delivered their newborn son.
Singer/actress Simpson-Wentz gave birth to little Bronx Mowgli at Los Angeles Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Thursday (20Nov08) night.
In his first interview since welcoming his son, Wentz describes the experience of being a new dad as "pretty surreal", and admits he was close to needing his own medical care as the couple prepared to welcome their firstborn.
He tells Los Angles radio show host Ryan Seacrest, "Obviously, some stuff my wife would freak if I said, but she’s pretty much a saint. Right before she went into labour, I was like, ‘Oh my God, I think I’m having a heart attack!’ "Natural things start going on in your body. My heart started beating really fast. You seen your wife in all this pain, and you really don’t know what’s happening.
He explains, "(Ashlee) took care of me and made sure I was OK and then we went into labour. That’s why she’s a saint.
"She’s an amazing girl. She was like, ‘I will make sure you’re OK,’ I didn’t even stop to think, ‘Well, you just had an epidural and you’re about to have a baby!’"

R&B star KELIS has come under fire for backing out of a show in Brazil at the last minute after reportedly fearing for her safety.
The Milkshake singer was reportedly given a $20,000 (£13,335) advance to perform at a concert in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday (22Nov08).
But according to website TMZ.com - which features a video of upset reporters in a row with her husband, rapper Nas - the star has pulled-out, insisting she doesn’t feel safe enough to sing in the city.
Kelis has yet to officially comment on the reports.

Rap superstar DR. DRE has abandoned plans to release a new album in 2008, because he is too busy working on his pal EMINEM’s comeback LP.
The pair has been locked in the studio perfecting the Stan hitmaker’s long awaited Relapse, which has itself been pushed back to early next year (09).
And it has left Dre with no time to finish his own record Detox, with all studio sessions now postponed until January (09) at the earliest.
But record boss Jimmy Iovine insists the rapper/producer’s album is still a priority.
The Interscope-Geffen chairman tells Billboard, "He’ll be finished with Eminem by then (January), and he’ll finish his album. Eminem was always coming next year. But what happened was, I lost Dr. Dre to Eminem. Dre had to stop making his album to finish Eminem’s album. Eminem hit a streak, and when a guy like Eminem gets on fire, you stop everything. That’s how we lost Dre."

The male escort at the centre of singer BOY GEORGE’s false imprisonment trial cashed in on his alleged ordeal by selling his story to a magazine in his native Norway, a London court has heard.
The former Culture Club frontman, real name George O’Dowd, is charged with unlawfully detaining and assaulting model Audun Carlsen in his East London apartment in April 2007 following a row over naked photographs he had taken of the man.
O’Dowd is alleged to have lured Carlsen to the bedroom of his home last year (07), where he reportedly handcuffed the 29-year-old to a hook on his bedroom wall and assaulted him with a metal chain after accusing him of tampering with his laptop computer.
Carlsen managed to escape and immediately reported the incident to police.
The jury at Snaresbrook Crown Court was told on Tuesday (25Nov08) how Carlsen later sold his story to a Norwegian publication, pocketing $8,250 (£5,500) from the deal.
The model claimed he needed the cash to flee the U.K., because he was "too scared to stay in the country".
However, the court heard how Carlsen had failed to mention details of his magazine deal to cops when they interviewed him days after the alleged attack.
He denied allegations he had not been "straightforward" with the authorities, adding, "I told the police everything that I had received (money) when the story came out.
"The reason I gave this interview was because of all the things that were written, for the sake of my family." O’Dowd has denied the charges against him.
The trial continues.

Famed portraitist and photographer KARL BISSINGER has died, aged 94.
Bissinger - a photographer for American magazines including Flair, Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue - passed away on Wednesday (19Nov08) at his home in Manhattan, New York.
Some of his later and most recognisable photographs include portraits of Truman Capote on the set of a Jean Cocteau film in Paris, France and Marlon Brando leaning in front of a window in New York.
Perhaps his best-known work is a photo taken in 1949, showing Tennessee Williams, Balanchine ballerina Tanaquil LeClercq, artist Buffie Johnson and screenwriter Gore Vidal seated around a table in the garden of New York restaurant Cafe Nicholson.
But it was during his tenure at Flair that Bissinger photographed actors including John Wayne and Katharine Hepburn.
A collection of his work, including photographs taken for the magazine, are compiled in 2003 book The Luminous Years: Portraits at Mid-Century.
Bissinger is survived by his son, David, and two grandchildren.

RAY WINSTONE has issued a threat to his daughter’s boyfriend - telling ALFIE ALLEN to ask permission before proposing to JAIME or the British actor will feed him to his pet pigs.
Allen has been dating the 23-year-old since last year (07) and they were recently rumoured to be engaged after Allen’s pop star sister, Lily, introduced Winstone at an awards ceremony as her "soon-to-be-sister-in-law".

But Indiana Jones star Ray Winstone has some harsh words for the 21-year-old actor - in case he ever does decide to marry his daughter.
He says, "I think Alfie’s a great guy. I like him. But if he wanted to marry Jaime, he’d have to come and ask me first or I’d tie him up and feed him to my two pet pigs. I’m the greatest dad, but I’m very protective."

Former Playboy pin-up SHAUNA SAND is officially single - her divorce from ROMAIN CHAVENT has been finalised.
The model-turned-actress’ marriage to Chavent broke down earlier this year (08) when the Frenchman filed for the dissolution of their 19-month union in April (08), citing irreconcilable differences.
According to website TMZ.com, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge signed off on the former couple’s divorce on Friday (21Nov08). Sand and Chavent have no children.

Lifestyle queen MARTHA STEWART has no regrets about her 2004 stint in prison because she made some "interesting" friends in jail.
The media mogul was jailed for five months in October 2004 after being convicted of lying to federal agents investigating insider trading.
And, during her time at Alderson Federal Prison Camp in West Virginia, Stewart admits she formed a group of pals who she is still in touch with, more than three years after her release in March 2005.
She tells Fortune magazine, "Some of the women who became my friends while I was incarcerated have visited with me. There are some very interesting women there of great value to society, and I keep in contact with them. We have some broken systems in this country - one is the prison system."

American screenwriter JOHN MICHAEL HAYES has died of natural causes at the age of 89.
Hayes - who wrote some of director Alfred Hitchcock’s best-known films passed away on 19 November (08) in a retirement community in Hanover, New Hampshire.
He adapted four of Hitchcock’s films, including 1954’s Rear Window, starring James Stewart and Grace Kelly, and his work on 1955 project Mystery Writers of America gained him an Academy Award nomination and won him an Edgar Award.
In addition to Rear Window, Hayes also adapted the director’s 1955 films To Catch a Thief, starring Cary Grant, and The Trouble With Harry - as well as a remake of The Man Who Knew Too Much, in 1956.
Besides his work for Hitchcock, Hayes was known for writing Peyton Place, a 1957 screenplay also nominated for an Oscar.
He began his career as a radio writer, after serving in the Army in World War II, with earlier film credits including 1953’s Thunder Bay, directed by Anthony Mann and starring James Stewart.
He later wrote adaptations of The Children’s Hour and Butterfield 8 - a 1960 film starring Elizabeth Taylor.
Through the 1980s and ’90s, he wrote television movies and began teaching film at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire.
Hayes is survived by two daughters, Rochelle Hayes and Meredyth Hayes Badreau; two sons, Garrett Michael and Corey; and four grandchildren.

Actress DEBRA MESSING was left hurt and "depressed" by criticism of her fuller figure following the birth of her son ROMAN in 2004.
The former Will & Grace star, 40, found herself a target for tabloid critics when she failed to shed the extra weight she’d gained during her pregnancy immediately after welcoming the tot.
She tells the January (09) issue of Shape magazine, "It was written about in the tabloids a lot. On one page it showed all the actresses who got skinny in six weeks or less (after giving birth), and on the other page was me! I was so depressed and frustrated." Messing admits she struggled to find time in her busy schedule to hit the gym, but is happy she has finally regained her pre-baby figure - dropping 42 pounds (18 kilograms) three years after giving birth.
She adds, "I was exhausted! I couldn’t work out three hours a day and do my job as a mother and an actress. So I took the pressure off. I cut back on seeing the trainer but started eating healthier.
"Ultimately I’m very proud of how I dropped the weight because I think it was the healthy approach. I’ve finally taken ownership of my body."

Controversial photographer ANNIE LEIBOVITZ has been targeted in a new lawsuit after a celebrity stylist accused her of failing to pay almost $400,000 (£266,670) for her work on a photoshoot with SCARLETT JOHANSSON.
According to the suit filed in Manhattan, New York earlier this month (Nov08) by stylist Nicoletta Santora’s company The Art Department Creative Services, Leibovitz has paid less than $130,000 (£86,670) of the $515,000 (£343,330) in wages billed to her between July and December 2007.
The pair worked together in an advertising campaign for Disney, starring Jessica Biel, Jennifer Lopez and David Beckham as the company’s famous fairytale characters.
Santora alleges she was not paid in full for her work - including creating a Cinderella gown worn by Johansson, pictured running down a staircase as the damsel before she loses her glass slipper.
Legal papers claim Leibovitz agreed to pay Santora’s daily rate of $6,000 (£4,000), wages for her assistants, and a 20 per cent agency commission, reports the New York Post.
Santora’s lawyer, Neal Johnston, says Leibovitz verbally agreed to pay the balance but has yet to do so.

Reclusive pop star ROBBIE WILLIAMS has spoken out about his battle with drugs recalling a horrifying incident when he tried to stab himself while under the influence of a hallucinogenic.
The former Take That singer began experimenting with illegal substances when he was 16 and first tried LSD (acid) during a night out in his native Stoke-on-Trent, England.
Williams writes on his internet blog, "It was at Shelleys (nightclub) where I had my first acid experience. We were in Golden Hill, in someone’s kitchen probably. I was given a tiny piece of paper to ingest. Es were too expensive for the Potteries. £15 - who could afford that? There was a band called the Prodigy performing that night and I thought they were really good.
"Afterwards we drove up to the garage and the police were on the forecourt.
S**t, I thought. I want to go home, I’m scared. There is only one place I want to be - at home with my mum. American footballs were coming out of the TV.
"So I decided to go downstairs and stab myself. Mum came out of her room and said, ‘What are you doing?’" The singer then told his mother: "’I'm just going downstairs to stab myself do you want a cup of tea?’" Williams has battled drug and alcohol abuse throughout his career, but claimed to have finally kicked his habits in 2007 following a stint at an Arizona rehab clinic.
