WITHERSPOON PULLS DAUGHTER OUT OF ‘WONDERFUL SCHOOL’
REESE WITHERSPOON was forced to take her daughter out of a dream school because she was always harassed by the paparazzi there.
The actress is saddened by the lengths snappers will go to to get a picture of her kids - and their ’scare tactics’ cost her daughter Ava the chance to attend a "wonderful school".
Witherspoon explains, "She was so harassed that we had to take her out.
"The most difficult part is seeing my children being followed and harassed.
They’ve been treated terribly. They were shouted at in their Halloween costumes, photographers screaming, ‘You don’t look scared.’" The drama has prompted the protective mum to think twice about life in Hollywood: "I hope not to live in this place forever." And she tells Parade magazine that fame has become somewhat of a curse: "It removes me from people. When I first meet someone, it is so hard for me to overcome everything they’ve read about me. It’s not fair.
"It’s difficult, because I’m the kind of person who just wants to hug people."
