URBAN TOLD KIDMAN ‘YOU DESERVED TO BE LOVED’
NICOLE KIDMAN has paid a gushing tribute to her country musician husband KEITH URBAN - insisting she found it hard to love until the singer swept her off her feet.
The couple wed in 2006 after Kidman’s ten-year marriage to Tom Cruise ended in divorce.
And the Oscar-winning actress, who recently gave birth to daughter Sunday Rose (Jul08), couldn’t hide her personal happiness at the Glamour awards show in New York on Monday (10Nov08) - thanking her country star beau for loving her.
She says, "Three and a half years ago a man came along and said, ‘I’m going to take you to Tennessee.’ And he took me down there and he said, ‘I think you deserve to be loved. Let me love you, let me give you a home, and let’s make a baby.’ So thank you, Keith Lionel." "I don’t believe that you can (have it all). But I believe you can have balance… Three and a half years ago I had a wonderful career, I had two kids, I had movie offers, great directors offering me things, but I wasn’t loved."
