CLINTON & SHEILA E GO COUNTRY
Funk legend GEORGE CLINTON and PRINCE’s former drummer SHEILA E are to join the MONKEES MICKEY DOLENZ and actor RICHARD GRIECO for the third season of U.S.
celebrity talent show GONE COUNTRY.
The eclectic bunch will compete for charity cash and bragging rights as they fight to impress Big & Rich star John Rich with their country music skills.
Former Miss USA Tara Conner, singer Taylor Dayne and former American Idol star Justin Guarini will also take part in the CMT network show.
The contestants will spend two weeks working with songwriters on a country song. The winner of the show will record their song and release it to country radio. Previous winners of Gone Country were Julio Iglesias Jr. and rocker Sebastian Bach.
