The Crazy in Love singer, who is married to rapper Jay-Z, has amassed a multi-million dollar fortune at the age of 27.
But Knowles admits she is no stranger to no-frills flights and claims her only trouble is surviving the journey unnoticed.
She says, "Even now I sometimes fly economy if I need to. We had a storm in Miami (Florida) and there was a hurricane coming so we just got out." She adds, "You know the airlines where if you’re fifth in line, you sit in seat five? And then they throw a peanut at you with your drink? I don’t care about those kind of things. It’s just that people don’t give me peace, that’s the hardest thing."

British comic RUSSELL BRAND is reportedly in negotiations to join the cast of the fourth PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN movie.
The Forgetting Sarah Marshall star is rumoured to be in line to play the brother of Johnny Depp’s character, Captain Jack Sparrow.
A source tells U.K. newspaper The Sun, "There couldn’t be a role more perfectly suited. There’s a lot of Jack Sparrow in his mannerisms and behaviour. Depp’s accent isn’t a million miles away from Russell’s either.
“Russell joining the Sparrows alongside Johnny and Keith Richards as their dad will complete the ultimate on-screen pirate family.”

Tennis ace ANDY RODDICK has reneged on a deal to give a tennis lesson in the nude after one woman bid $11,200 (£7,000) for the chance at a charity auction.
The offer from Roddick was auctioned off at one of Sir Elton John’s AIDS Foundation fundraisers earlier this year (08).
But Roddick has backtracked over the naked training, insisting it was just a joke.
He says, "First and foremost, I am not going to be playing naked tennis. It was said in jest and the lady who bid was really cool afterwards."

Real-estate tycoon DONALD TRUMP has won his two-year battle to build a luxury golf resort on a beach in northern Scotland.
The Scottish government approved the $2 billion (£1.3 billion) project on Monday (03Nov08), citing "significant economic and social benefit".
Trump’s plans to build the "world’s greatest golf course" in the seaside city of Aberdeen were stalled after environmentalists protested its development, insisting construction would damage sand dunes in a protected area.
Trump tells the New York Daily News, "It was a long fight, but it was a good fight. This is the greatest piece of land perhaps anywhere in the world for what we’re planning to build. It truly can be the greatest golf-course in the world."

LATEST: The fate of Indian-born fashion designer ANAND JON is now in the hands of a Los Angeles jury after it retired on Monday (03Nov08) to deliberate on charges of rape.
The 34-year-old, full name Anand Jon Alexander, is facing 27 counts, including rape and sexual assault, on a number of women - many of whom were models and underage at the time of the alleged attacks. The incidents are said to have occurred between 2001 and 2007.
During the trial, prosecutors accused the designer - who’s reportedly made outfits for celebrities including Paris Hilton and Mary J. Blige - of using his design studio in Beverly Hills to lure models before attacking them.
Deputy District Attorney Frances Young told the court, "These girls trusted the man seated at that table. And he took advantage of them. He humiliated, degraded and took what he wanted from them. He was a predator who took advantage of the weak people around him.
"He has no criminal sexual borders. If he didn’t use force, he laced their drinks." But Alexander’s lawyer Leonard Levine made a last-minute stand in his closing argument on Friday (31Oct08) blasting the women accusing his client of rape insisting they are "lying" in a bid to seek compensation from the star.
Levine added, "If the girls said it, it must be so - that’s what they want you to believe. Every bit of circumstantial evidence in this case points to one thing - it didn’t happen." The jury of six men and six women are expected to deliver a verdict in the next few days. If convicted of all counts, Alexander faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.

Actress JENNIFER HUDSON blames herself for last month’s (Oct08) tragic murders of her mother, brother and nephew in her native Chicago, Illinois - insisting she should have convinced her family to move out of the troubled neighbourhood.
Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason, were found shot dead at their home in the city on 24 October (08). The singer/actress’ seven-year-old nephew, Julian King, was also killed - his body was found in an abandoned car three days later.
And the Oscar-winning Dreamgirls star, 27, now feels wracked with guilt over the deaths, claiming she should have done more to move them away from the family home in Chicago’s notorious South Side to live with her in Los Angeles.
Family friend Sharita Dickey says, "Jennifer grew up on Chicago’s South Side, and knew all about the violence. She was able to get out, and wanted to take her mama with her, but Darnell said no." Hudson’s second cousin, Reverend Krista Alston, adds, "Jennifer is hurting and asking why this happened. She’s asking why she didn’t do more to persuade Darnell to move away.
"It was Darnell’s decision to stay here in Chicago. This was her home and her family were here." Police are currently quizzing William Balfour, the estranged husband of Hudson’s sister Julia, over the slayings, but authorities have not filed any charges against him.

Rapper LUPE FIASCO will give fans a special treat with the release of his third and final album LUPEND - it will be a triple LP.
The Superstar hitmaker made public his plans to retire from hip-hop earlier this year (08), but he surprised concertgoers at a show in Chicago, Illinois on Friday (31Oct08) when he revealed details about the forthcoming release.
He told the crowd, "The name of the next album is LupEND. That’s Lup E.N.D.
So, if my mathematics serve me correct from a fabulous Chicago public school system, it’s not one album ladies and gentlemen…it’s three." Fiasco then proceeded to give individual titles to each disc, before giving fans a preview of what he had in store.

Rocker/actor JACK BLACK was left red-faced after tripping up onstage during a recent TENACIOUS D gig in Wisconsin.
The star was performing with bandmate Kyle Gass in the city of Milwaukee last week (ends02Nov08) when he fell face down during his energetic rendition of The Government Totally Sucks.
However, he quickly got back on his feet and assured fans he was unhurt, saying, "I’m OK, I’m OK!"

Rockers U2 honoured label boss LUCIAN GRANGE at the Music Industry Trust Awards in London on Monday night (03Nov08) - presenting the music executive with the night’s top gong.
Universal Music Group chairman Grange received the award from the Beautiful Day hitmakers, and was surrounded by his successful proteges at the ceremony at London’s Dorchester Hotel.
British boyband Take That, singer Mika, rockers Razorlight, jazz star Jamie Cullum and trio the Sugababes were all performed as part of a tribute to Grange’s achievements in the industry.
And U2 frontman Bono spoke highly of Grange, describing him as a "great" label boss.
He told the crowd, "He’s great because he’s ready to take on the world for British music, and Irish music for that matter.
"He’s a tough guy when it comes to deals but he’s a very tender soul to deal with if you’re U2." Grange, who oversees the careers of superstars including Amy Winehouse and Sir Elton John, told his famous signings how he was proud to receive the honour.
He says, "It’s inevitably very flattering and I’m pleased that tonight I can be the front for the industry and our company and our artists as well." An auction of celebrity memorabilia raised $908,000 (£586,000) for British music charities.

Hollywood actress NICOLE KIDMAN has laid down a new rule forbidding her family to be apart for more than a week at a time.
Both Kidman and her singer husband, Keith Urban, vowed to prioritise their personal lives over their work following the birth of their first child together, daughter Sunday Rose, in July (08).
The Australian star admits that she used to be separated from her husband for long periods of time because of their busy schedules, but recently reduced the allowed time gap to two weeks.
But Kidman now can’t bear to be apart from her family for any more than seven days.
She tells U.S. magazine Glamour, "We reduced it even more. I have reached a stage in my life when I want to be with the ones I love. I used to be willing to do two weeks. And that is too much now; my heart aches.
"I’ve given a lot to my work, and I’m not willing to give as much to that anymore. At this time in my life, I want to be giving to my relationships."

HEATHER MILLS has defended her decision to build a swimming pool without planning permission at her English country home - by claiming it could be used to put out fires.
The ex-wife of rocker Sir Paul McCartney allegedly revamped her property in Sussex, England after winning $38 million (£24.3 million) in their divorce settlement earlier this year (08).
The former glamour model was said to have forgotten to ask for planning permission before building the pool - and may now have to get rid of it if her retrospective request is denied.
Members of Mills’ local council will meet next month (Dec08) to debate whether she can keep the feature.
However her spokesperson has argued local services could use it to battle fires, saying, "In an emergency, it could be used by the fire brigade (to put out a blaze)."

DAME HELEN MIRREN once had to pretend to be engaged to persuade a bank to give her a mortgage.
The British actress admits she was unable to get on the property ladder single-handedly when she tried to buy her first home.
And The Queen star came up with a cunning plan to fool the money-lenders to grant her a loan.
Mirren teamed up with a male friend and they pretended to be engaged to allow them to share the mortgage on a house in Fulham, south-west London, which had already been converted into two flats.
She says, "He had a girlfriend, but in those days we had to pretend that we were going to get married in order to get a joint-mortgage. So we went into the mortgage company and I sort of very fakely sat on his knee and said, ‘Oh darling, I can’t wait for us to get a house together.’ In fact, we were always going to live completely separately."

. BLIGE and PHARRELL WILLIAMS to release a remix album of the rockers back catalogue of work.
The group have brought in a range of popular urban stars to reinterpret their biggest hits on the forthcoming Call & Response: The Remix Album, which is set to hit stores next month (Dec08).
The main body of the reworked tracks come from the band’s first two LPs: 2001’s Songs for Jane, and It Won’t Be Soon Before Long, released in 2006.

Frontman Adam Levine says, "I’ve always found it really interesting that a group of people looking at the same painting can all see different thing.

British actress KATE WINSLET is convinced growing up as an overweight teenager has scarred her for life - because she still always feels like the "fat kid".
Winslet struggled with her weight throughout her youth and insists her battle with the bulge led to deep-rooted insecurities which have plagued her throughout her acting career.
She tells Vanity Fair magazine, "I was fat. I didn’t know any fat famous actresses. I just did not see myself in that world at all.
"Once a fat kid, always a fat kid. Because you always think that you just look a little bit wrong or a little bit different from everyone else.
"And I still sort of have that. I often look at women who wear great jeans and high heels and nice little T-shirts wandering around the city and I think, I should make more of an effort. I should look like that."

LATEST: The husband of slain filmmaker/actress ADRIENNE SHELLY is taking legal action against the employers of his wife’s killer DIEGO PILLCO, insisting she would still be alive if the construction firm hadn’t hired an illegal immigrant.
Ecuadorian labourer Pillco was jailed for 25 years in March (08) after he was convicted of strangling the Waitress director in November 2006 when she caught him trying to rob her apartment. He had been renovating another apartment in the New York building at the time.
Now Shelly’s husband, Andrew Ostroy, has filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court, claiming Bradford General Contractors (BGC), as well as the owners and managers of the building, should be held responsible for her death as they are "vicariously liable" for employing Pillco.
The suit notes that "Pillco was an undocumented immigrant", and alleges that BGC bosses were "careless and negligent" in the "screening, hiring, training and supervision" of its employees.
Ostroy’s case seeks damages on behalf of Shelly’s daughter Sophie, four, reports the New York Post.

GREY’S ANATOMY star BROOKE SMITH has been axed from the hit U.S. drama, putting an end to the show’s first major lesbian plotline.
Smith plays cardiac doctor Erica Hahn, who is romantically involved with Sara Ramirez’s character Dr Calliope ‘Callie’ Torres.
But Smith was stunned to learn their on-screen relationship would come to an end after learning of the producers’ decision.
Smith tells Entertainment Weekly, "I was very excited when they told me that Erica and Callie were going to have this relationship. And I really hoped we were going to show what happens when two women fall in love and that they were going to treat it like any heterosexual couple on TV.
"And so I was surprised and disappointed when they just suddenly told me that they couldn’t write for my character anymore." But series creator and executive producer Shonda Rhimes is adamant the decision is unrelated to the sexual orientation of Smith’s character.
A statement released by Rhimes reads: "Brooke Smith was obviously not fired for playing a lesbian. Clearly it’s not an issue as we have a lesbian character on the show - Calliope Torres. Sara Ramirez is an incredible comedic and dramatic actress and we wanted to be able to play up her magic.
"Unfortunately, we did not find that the magic and chemistry with Brooke’s character would sustain in the long run. The impact of the Callie/Erica relationship will be felt and played out in a story for Callie. I believe it belittles the relationship to simply replace Erica with ‘another lesbian’." Smith’s final appearance is due to air in the U.S. later this month (Nov08).

MICHAEL DOUGLAS will be honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Producers Guild of America (PGA) for his work behind the camera.
Douglas will receive the award, named after Gone With The Wind producer David O. Selznick, at the annual ceremony at the Hollywood Palladium, Los Angeles on 24 January (09).
The actor, best known for his starring roles in Wall Street and Fatal Attraction, is an acclaimed movie producer - winning the Best Picture Oscar for his role at the helm of 1975’s One Flew Over The Cuckoo Nest.
In a statement, Douglas says he feels "privileged to be so honoured by my producing peers".
The PGA announced they had decided to present Douglas with the award for his "important statements about our life and times".
Previous producers who have received the award include Italian moviemaker Dino De Laurentiis and Spider-Man producer Laura Ziskin, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Soul star RAPHAEL SAADIQ would never consider a reunion with his TONY! TONI! TONE! bandmates, because that part of his life is all in the past.
The Ask of You singer, real name Charlie Ray Wiggins, parted ways with his brother D’wayne Wiggins and cousin Timothy Riley after the release of their 1996 album House of Music.
Saadiq has since gone on to make a name for himself as a producer and artist in his own right, with five Grammy nominations behind him, while Wiggins and Riley have reunited on a couple of occasions since 2003 with new singer Amar Khalil.
They are rumoured to be working on a new Tony! Toni! Tone! disc, but Saadiq refuses to have any part in it, comparing his solo career to that of Lionel Richie after leaving The Commodores in 1982.
Asked whether he could be tempted to join Wiggins and Riley in the studio, he tells WENN, "No, not at all. One’s my brother, one’s a friend, we’re all good friends, but I’ve moved on. I’ve moved on like Lionel Richie!"
