GELDOF LINED UP FOR UGLY BETTY CAMEO
Hit TV series UGLY BETTY will get a touch of rock and roll - producers want SIR BOB GELDOF’s daughter PEACHES to appear in a cameo role.
Programme-makers are said to have written a new character for the show’s next series - a party-loving socialite who lives off a trust fund set up by her parents.
And they were reportedly delighted when they saw Peaches working as a co-host on Nylon TV - because she would be perfect for the part.
A source tells Britain’s Daily Star newspaper, "It was clear that she is aware of how the public might perceive her and how she really is.
"Peaches has a precocious wit. It’s important to get guests on the show who are in on the joke and the Brits seem to do this the best."
