MONTAG’S HEIDIWOOD LINE DROPPED
THE HILLS star HEIDI MONTAG has had her clothing line with U.S. brand Anchor Blue scrapped - just seven months after its launch.
The reality TV star turned designer for her budget Heidiwood line, which debuted in April (08).
But bosses at Anchor Blue have chosen not to renew the contract, so they can focus on their own fashion range.
Marla White, Director of Marketing at Anchor Blue Retail Group, says, "Anchor Blue and Heidi Montag are pleased with what Heidiwood for Anchor Blue accomplished during this past year. However Anchor Blue chose not to extend the Heidiwood contract after the initial year as they will be concentrating solely on what their heritage, their foundation, is based on - denim."
