PALTROW: ‘I’M HERE FOR MADONNA IF SHE NEEDS ME’
GWYNETH PALTROW has offered pal MADONNA her undying support as the pop superstar embarks on a divorce battle with husband GUY RITCHIE.
The couple officially split last week (ends17Oct08) and actress Paltrow insists Madonna only needs to pick up the phone and she’ll be there for her.
Paltrow tells Us Weekly magazine, "She’s a dear friend, and I’m supporting her in all (the) ways that I can.
"I’m just here for her. I’m just here on the other end of the phone, really.
I speak to her a lot."
