BRINKLEY SEEKS RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST COOK
LATEST: Model CHRISTIE BRINKLEY has filed a request for a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband PETER COOK.
Brinkley filed the documents along with a motion for post-judgment relief on Wednesday (08Oct08), a Suffolk County, New York official tells People.com.
The request comes just two days before Cook’s revealing U.S. TV interview is scheduled to air, when he will go public about the former couple’s messy public divorce and reveal all about the affair which led to the break-up of their marriage.
Brinkley hit out at Cook on Wednesday (08Oct08), accusing him of breaching the confidentiality agreement included in their divorce settlement by taping the segment.
The pair halted its bitter divorce trial in July (08) when both parties announced a settlement deal, which was finalised on 3 October (08).
Brinkley’s new motion has been marked on the court calendar for 29 October (08).
