British-American rockers THE KILLS have found their missing tourbus, a month after it went missing along with its driver.
The bus disappeared in Austin, Texas when the driver went to get new tyres fitted ahead of a gig in the city.
A police and FBI search has now tracked the bus down to a Los Angeles parking lot, according to NME.com.
It’s unknown if the band’s belongings have been recovered.
Bandmembers Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hince - Kate Moss’ ex-boyfriend - are currently touring the U.S.

BILL MURRAY has broken his silence about his ex-wife’s accusations of domestic abuse and drug addiction, branding the allegations "devastating".
The Lost In Translation star was hit with divorce papers by Jennifer Butler Murray, his wife of 10 years, in May (08).
In leaked legal documents, his estranged spouse claimed the actor’s "adultery, addiction to marijuana and alcohol, abusive behaviour, physical abuse, sexual addictions and frequent abandonment" had forced her and their four children out of the family home in 2006.
The court papers further alleged that on one occasion, Murray "hit his wife in the face and then told her she was ‘lucky he didn’t kill her’".
But the Hollywood veteran was mortified by the charges, and admits the divorce proceedings, which were finalised in June (08), concluded one of the lowest points in his life.
He says, "That was devastating. That was the worst thing that ever happened to me in my entire life.
"I was just dead, just broken. When you’re really in love with someone and this happens - I never had anything like this happen. It’s like your faith in people is destroyed because the person you trusted the most you can no longer trust at all. …The person you know isn’t there anymore." And Murray reveals he had almost gave up on life altogether when his pals asked him to do a skydive to open Illinois’ 50th Annual Chicago Air and Water Show 2008 in August.
He adds, "They asked me on a day (when) I didn’t care. I didn’t even care if there was a parachute. Of course, by the time I got there I had had a few good days and I thought, ‘What am I doing?’"

Scottish actor GERARD BUTLER is at the centre of a Los Angeles police criminal investigation after allegedly assaulting a photographer.
The 300 star was driven off in a waiting limousine after leaving an L.A. bar at 2am on Tuesday (07Oct08) morning when a waiting photographer began to follow the actor’s vehicle in his own car.
According to celebrity website TMZ.com, Butler ordered his limousine to stop, before climbing out and asking the unnamed snapper why he was being followed.
When the man responded, "Hey, that’s my job," Butler allegedly reached in the car, grabbed the photographer’s throat and punched him with a closed fist.
According to reports, the paparazzo had to be treated in hospital for his injuries, which were stitched up before he went to file a police report for the incident.
Officials at the Los Angeles Police Department have confirmed they are looking into the case and plan on interviewing the actor.

Rocker JOHN MAYER has been tipped for a career in the U.S. Marines after spending a day with troops in North Carolina.
The 31-year-old singer visited wounded marines, shot guns and practised martial arts during his visit to Air Station New River and Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville.
Mayer says, "Believe me when I say that the day was life-changing. It was an awesome day." And the marines were impressed too.
Staff Sergeant Angela Mink tells OK! magazine, "I think John would make a good marine. But I wouldn’t want him to give up the blues guitar."

MY MORNING JACKET singer/guitarist JIM JAMES has been released from an Iowa hospital after sustaining an injury at a recent concert.
The musician - real name James Olliges Junior - reportedly slipped and fell onstage about 30 minutes into a show at the University of Iowa on Tuesday night (07Oct08), prompting the Southern rock group to cancel the remainder of the show.
According to Cedar Rapids newspaper The Gazette, the musician hit his head in the fall, which happened between songs.
A spokesperson for University Hospitals confirmed on Wednesday (08Oct08) that James had been treated at the facility and later released.

ADAM ‘DJ AM’ GOLDSTEIN will be welcomed home with a special benefit concert to raise memorial funds for the victims of the fatal plane crash he escaped last month (Sep08).
Goldstein and pal Travis Barker were the only survivors after the Learjet they were passengers on failed to clear a runway in South Carolina and burst into flames.
The pair suffered second and third-degree burns from the accident and is currently recovering back home in Los Angeles.
And a host of celebrity DJs, including Mark Ronson, Steve Aoki, Danny Masterson and Mixmaster Mike are rallying together to raise cash for the victims’ families.
Tickets to the event, scheduled to take place 14 October (08), will be sold at $20 (£10.80) each.
Organisers of the event called Goldstein "a close friend… for many years," adding, "We owe him a debt of gratitude that we can never repay, but we hope this helps just a bit." The crash claimed the lives of pilot Sarah Lemmon, 31, co-pilot James Bland, 52, security guard Barker’s assistant Chris Baker, 29, and his security guard and longtime friend Charles Still, 25.

British-born rap pioneer SLICK RICK is still facing a struggle against U.S.
immigration authorities over his past criminal convictions - despite receiving a pardon from a New York governor earlier this year (08).
The hip-hop icon, real name Ricky Walters, has been jailed in the U.S twice once in 1991 for attempted murder and assault , and again in 2002 over immigration issues.
He was released from jail in 2003 after spending 18 months in detention, and New York Governor David Paterson officially pardoned the star for his crime in May (08).
But the La Di Da Di hitmaker admits his fight isn’t over yet.
He says, "We’re in a better position that we was before. We have a couple of hurdles that we have to go through, just clarifying everything with the immigration people. Other than that we’re just on standby to see what the board does from this point forward."

Rocker JOEL MADDEN recently launched into a mid-air brawl with a fellow jet passenger who tried to take photographs of his girlfriend NICOLE RICHIE and baby daughter HARLOW while they were asleep.
The Good Charlotte star turned protective and scared the intrusive stranger off when he felt his family’s privacy was being invaded.
He tells People magazine, "There was this guy and his two teenage daughters wanted to take pictures of her. I was like, ‘Hey, she’s asleep now. Maybe when we get off the plane, you guys can take a picture.’ "The guy just stood up, turned around and started taking pictures of her, and I kind of got into it with him. I was like, ‘I can’t believe you’re arguing with me. This is my newborn daughter and my girlfriend.’"

Actress MICHELLE RODRIGUEZ’s fiery temper came close to causing more trouble for the star, after an alleged outburst at a Florida hotel sent sleeping guests into a frenzy.
The Girlfight star was reportedly staying at the Mayfair Hotel and Spa in Coconut Grove, Florida when she is said to have awoke guests at 9am, banging on the door and screaming at her room mate.
One guest tells the New York Daily News: "I woke up Sunday morning to the sounds of two women yelling, and one of them was smashing the door knocker very loudly. I peeked out and saw it was (Rodriguez). She’s screaming, ‘Open up, let me in, b**ch!’… If you don’t open up, you’re not getting your (pleasure toy) back.’" A spokesperson for Rodriguez has refused to comment on the reports.
It isn’t the first time the 30-year-old former Lost actress has been criticised for her outlandish behaviour.
She was arrested in 2002 for allegedly assaulting her roommate; the pal later changed her mind about pressing charges.
And last year (07), Rodriguez was sentenced to 180 days in a Los Angeles jail after breaking the rules of her probation stemming from an earlier driving under the influence (DUI) charge.

British pop star LILY ALLEN has been granted a U.S. work visa - more than a year after her permit was revoked by immigration officials.
The Smile hitmaker was forced to cancel all her U.S. tour dates in August 2007 after being stopped from entering the country over a scuffle with a photographer that March - which resulted in her arrest on allegations of assault.
Her detention meant she had to pull out of a planned performance at that summer’s MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas.
But Allen is now preparing a new tour of the States after her visa application was approved on Tuesday (07Oct08).
Speaking at the BMI Awards in London later that day, where she picked up a gong for Smile, she told People.com, "I got my U.S. visa today, yay! "It means I can go and tour there and finish what I started, which is something I’ve wanted to do for a while." Allen is due to release the follow-up to 2006’s All right, Still album next February (09Feb09).
The disc was previously due to be called Stuck On The Naughty Step - but she’s now changed her mind about the title.
She adds, "It will be out February 9 and… it’s called It’s Not Me, It’s You." But Allen is remaining coy about what fans can expect from the LP.
She says, "It’s different. It’s just… different."

Actor BENICIO DEL TORO and director STEVEN SODERBERGH have brushed off critics of their new movie GUERRILLA, insisting the film was meant to "p**s off" audiences.
The forthcoming film, which depicts the rise and fall of Argentine revolutionary Ernesto ‘Che’ Guevara, came under fire in May (08) at the Cannes Film Festival for its four-hour run time and controversial storyline.
But Soderbergh has defended the $60 million (£32.4million) project after a series of scathing attacks from film critics.
And he insists its budget will be recouped by Spanish-speaking audiences, with the length of the film trimmed for its U.S. debut.
He tells the New York Daily News, "If you make a movie like this and nobody’s p**sed off, you’re not doing your job. Che’s a very polarising figure.
Everybody’s got their own idea about him and about what a biographical film ought to be. The more people arguing about it the better." Del Toro adds: "As my grandmother used to say, ‘No one is better than what he can do’ - he is who he is."

ROXY MUSIC frontman BRYAN FERRY has been honoured for his prolific songwriting skills at London’s BMI Awards.
The rocker was named BMI Icon at Tuesday’s (07Oct08) ceremony, which celebrates the most played songs on U.S. radio and television.
Ferry joins previous winners such as Peter Gabriel, Van Morrison and Ray Davies as a BMI Icon.
BMI President and CEO Del Bryant paid tribute to Ferry, describing him as "the epitome of Britishness and the ultimate combination of rock god and matinee idol".
As he accepted his award, Ferry said: "I’m very honoured to be part of your tradition of music because there are so many artists you have represented who are great idols for me throughout my career." R&B hitmaker Ne-Yo was presented with the Robert S Musel Award for Beyonce Knowles’ single Irreplaceable, which was named Song of the Year.
Another track recorded by Knowles, Beautiful Liar, her duet with Shakira, was a winner at the U.S. organisation’s annual dinner - writer Ian Dench was handed the Amanda Ghost award for the song.
Other winners included pop star Lily Allen, who won a prize for her hit single Smile, and British R&B singer/songwriter Jay Sean, who was praised for helping to pen High School Musical star Corbin Bleu’s song Deal With It.

Director BAZ LUHRMANN has tipped NICOLE KIDMAN’s 12-year-old AUSTRALIA co-star to become the country’s next big thing.
Aboriginal boy Brandon Walters was hand-picked by Luhrmann to appear in his forthcoming film, which also stars Hugh Jackman - and the director is convinced the youngster is going to achieve major success in the movie industry.
He says, "Our next leading man is about four foot high, (with) long, sort of gold hair, and is an Aboriginal boy."

LATEST: A spokesperson for JENNIFER LOPEZ has hit back at a U.S. journalist, denying reports the star suffered a nervous breakdown in 2002.
Reporter Kevin Sessums was commissioned by U.S. magazine Elle to profile Lopez but the publication dropped his initial interview with the star in favour of a more flattering piece amid complaints from her representatives that the interview "got much too personal".
Sessums’ interview was subsequently picked up by new website The Daily Beast.
In the article, the writer alleges that Lopez struggles as a new mum, expresses her desire to send her eight-month-old twins with husband Marc Anthony to a school specialising in Scientology, and opens up about the "kind of nervous breakdown" she suffered in 2002 while filming her movie Enough.
Sessums recounts Lopez’s ruminations on motherhood, quoting her as saying: "I did cry a lot (after the babies were born) because I was having so much trouble moving. I had a C-section. I couldn’t get up fast enough to feed the babies. It went on for about three days. Marc was helping out a lot and I was crying and crying and going, ‘Oh, Papi, they’re going to know everybody more than me…
They’re going to love everybody more than me!’" According to the New York Post, Sessums pitched the interview to Lopez as "a fashion discussion about a woman who had new babies and was doing it all".
But a spokesperson for the star insists she was misled, adding: "We’re very unhappy about it, and think it was poor judgment on his part. As long as we have represented Jennifer, we have never heard her refer to having a breakdown of any sort." As WENN went to press, Sessums and a spokesperson for Elle had not returned request for comment.

VANESSA HUDGENS burst into tears when she finished filming her last HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL scene, because she had been through "so much" on the set of the movie.
The 19-year-old, who is dating her on-screen boyfriend Zac Efron, has played preppy Gabriella Montez in the Disney films since she was 15, and has formed close friendships with her co-stars.
And it was spotting fellow actress Ashley Tisdale break down after filming ended on High School Musical 3: Senior Year that prompted the star to shed a tear over the momentous occasion.
She tells WENN, "It was very emotional (filming the last scene) because we’ve been through so much together. We’ve grown as actors and people and grown up in this whole High School Musical franchise "So the last day was very emotional. Ashley started crying, I looked at her, I started crying and it was just a chain reaction. It was very sad."

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL star ASHLEY TISDALE has warned potential suitors she won’t stand for jealously in a relationship - especially against her co-star ZAC EFRON.
The 23-year-old is looking for a potential boyfriend, but has been put off because most young men get envious when they see her surrounded by Hollywood hunks, particularly her Disney pal Efron.
She tells America’s Seventeen magazine, "I’m always surrounded by good-looking guys, like Zac Efron. Former PULP frontman JARVIS COCKER has turned lecturer to teach wannabe songwriters the art of penning lyrics.
The singer was hired as the keynote speaker at Manchester, England’s In The City music conference on Tuesday (07Oct08) and discussed the history of songwriting.
Cocker covered the famous lyrics of his own band, as well as those of The Beatles, Leonard Cohen and David Bowie.
And, while strumming his own hits on the guitar, he acknowledged late Factory Records boss Tony Wilson as the inspiration behind the lecture.
He told the audience, "The reason I’m here is because originally the idea of this was planted in my head by Tony Wilson." Cocker performed the same lecture at a festival in Brighton, England earlier this year (08).
