Country star JEWEL’s best friend became a priest online, so he could officiate at the singer’s recent wedding.
Jewel exchanged vows with rodeo star TY MURRAY in the Bahamas last month (Aug08) and the singer’s keyboard player pal Jason Freese took charge of the nuptials.
She explains, "We had a vacation planned with my keyboard player and his wife. When he realised we were getting married, he got ordained online soon he could marry us."
