FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND drummer RYAN RICHARDS is amazed he turned into a hard rocker - because he learned music playing WHAM! songs.
The admits the George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley combo helped shape his musical taste from a young age.
He tells CMU Music, "The first instrument I ever got was a Casio keyboard/guitar hybrid. The demo song was ‘Last Christmas’ by Wham! My first challenge as a musician was to learn that tune."
