Gas attack

Posted in: Bizzare Stories — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 9:12 pm

An American man has been charged with farting on a policeman.
Jose Cruz, 34, was accused of assaulting Patrolman T.E. Parsons after he moved towards the law enforcement officer, cocked his leg and broke wind “loudly” on him.
Jose then reportedly wafted the air towards Parsons, who was preparing the breath testing machine at South Charleston police station, West Virginia.
The complaint report states: “The gas was very odorous and created contact of an insulting or provoking nature with Patrolman Parsons.” Jose had originally been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
He was eventually charged with drink driving, assaulting a police officer and obstruction.
