SHEEN’S WIFE OK AFTER EMERGENCY SURGERY
CHARLIE SHEEN’s pregnant wife BROOKE MUELLER is recovering at the couple’s Los Angeles home after undergoing emergency gall bladder surgery last week (ends19Sep08).
The mother-to-be was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. after experiencing pains in her abdomen.
She had an emergency procedure - which can be risky in the early stages of pregnancy - and spent five days recuperating at the hospital before being discharged.
The couple’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, has insisted that Mueller - who was well enough to attend the Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday (21Sep08) - is making a good recovery and stressed that the surgery was not linked to Mueller’s pregnancy.
