BUTLER: ‘NEWTON SEX SCENE HIT THE SPOT’
Scottish actor GERARD BUTLER has praised his ROCKNROLLA co-star THANDIE NEWTON - for pulling off a convincing sex scene with him when he was ill.
The 300 star admits he was suffering from a throat infection when the pair had to shoot their racy scene for Guy Ritchie’s new movie.
And he was impressed with her professionalism - because she put on a convincing display of passion even though he was breathing his germs all over her.
Butler tells U.K. magazine Marie Claire, "I’d had a bad throat infection, and it wouldn’t have been fair on Thandie for me to kiss her. So Guy went, ‘Right, we’ll do it like this - get in there and undo her zip!’ "And that was the day I realised how professional Thandie is. She was like, ‘OK, cool. I’ll do the orgasm face.’ She gets up and just goes, ‘Uh-uh-UH!’. I was like, ‘F**k, that’s good.’ I was so impressed.
"But that was Thandie - bang on it every time and just a great girl."
