Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:30 pm

LAUREN BACALL and SUSAN SARANDON are to be honoured by Boston University as part of the institution’s BETTE DAVIS Centenary Tribute.
Davis was born in nearby Lowell, Massachusetts, and the university is marking what would have been her 100th birthday with a series of tributes.
Thelma & Louise star Sarandon will receive the Bette Davis Lifetime Achievement Award, while How to Marry a Millionaire legend Bacall will pick up the Bette Davis Medal of Honor at a ceremony on 18 September (08).
An exhibition of Davis’ life and career will open at Boston University, and a new stamp bearing her face will also be released.
