DeGENERES IS A COVERGIRL?
TV talk show host ELLEN DeGENERES is reportedly set to follow in the footsteps of RIHANNA and DREW BARRYMORE by becoming the latest face of cosmetics company CoverGirl.
The 50-year-old star is rumoured to have signed a six-figure deal with the make-up firm to promote the brand.
A source tells New York Post gossip column PageSix, "(DeGeneres is) shooting the campaign this week. She must have gotten at least $1 million for it." Supermodel Christie Brinkley was the original face of CoverGirl cosmetics, promoting the range for over 20 years. The 54-year-old was recently rehired to endorse the company’s new line of products, which are aimed at older women.
