STARS BANNED FROM SCRUBS FINALE
HEROES star MASI OKA and actress SARAH LANCASTER have been banned from appearing in the SCRUBS series finale, which will hit TV screens next spring (09).
Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence wanted all the significant guest stars who have appeared on the sitcom to appear in the finale - but he has come up against TV red tape with NBC stars Oka and Lancaster, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Scrubs was an NBC show but rival network ABC has snapped up the sitcom for its last shows.
Lawrence says, "They (Oka and Lancaster) wanted to do it, but NBC said no.
Typical classy stuff… It felt kind of petty to me."
