MacLAINE WON’T RETURN TO BROADWAY

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:30 pm

Actress SHIRLEY MacLAINE has vowed never to return to Broadway - because she feels too old to sing and dance on stage.
MacLaine began her film career following a stint on the New York stage in 1954’s The Pajama Game.
But at 74-years-old, MacLaine insists her lifelong career in entertainment has suppressed her desire to return to Broadway.
She says, "I can barely walk across town now. I don’t think so (I will return).
"When you start (dancing) at three like I did, it becomes second nature and it’s not necessarily such a wonderful thing when you get older. I don’t like the exercise."
