STREISAND’S GODDAUGHTER SERVED WITH RESTRAINING ORDER
BARBRA STREISAND’s TV presenter/singer Goddaughter has been served a restraining order after reportedly threatening to kill a Hollywood clubber.
Caleigh Peters cannot contact, harass or threaten Katie Krause, according to papers filed in Los Angeles.
In legal documents, obtained by TMZ.com, Krause claims, "Caleigh Peters grabbed my head, pulled my hair, threw me to the ground, kicked and punched me repeatedly, kneed me, bloodied my nose, scratched my face and my arms at Hyde Lounge in West Hollywood.
"She threatened to kill me… and told me to prepare to die." It’s a repeat charge against Peters, who was accused of attacking model Laura Mary Shields in a Los Angeles restaurant in 2007.
Peters, the daughter of Streisand’s ex-boyfriend Jon Peters, is reportedly engaged to Hollywood bad boy Sean Stewart.
