Actress ROSE ROLLINS is suing a former associate over claims he owes her £300,000 (£162,100).
Rollins claims she gave Ramon Cartznes the money to invest in property in 2003 - but he has failed to pay it back.
The L Word star also accuses Cartznes of owing her money from a joint credit card after he allegedly used it to pay for his phone bill.
Rollins states in the lawsuit filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday (25Aug08) she shared a "confidential relationship" but also admits she is "very unsophisticated as to business matters".
