MADONNA TARGETED IN $400,000 LAWSUIT
MADONNA has been targeted in a new lawsuit - alleging she has failed to repay over $400,000 (£216,216) in loans taken to make a 2006 film.
According to the suit filed in Louisiana, Madonna, her manager Guy Oseary and their Maverick Motion Pictures company used financing from Jay Dykes Jr., of Dykes and Dykes LLC, to make Material Girls, starring pop stars Hilary and Haylie Duff.
As well as feeling shortchanged, Dykes also alleges he was never given the co-producer credit he claims to have purchased with the loan.
